diversity is getting popular among several organisation as it is believed that diversity help in
getting flow of new ideas and creativity which ensures innovational practices within organisation
to achieve competitive advantage. In addition to this, Equality and diversity also support in
keeping customers satisfied as it involves shared knowledge which results into better decision
making.
