Problem solving skill: Main work of counselor is to resolve the problem which is being
faced by buyers. This work can be effectively done by me and my team mates if we
possess good problem solving skill.
Among these given skill, I found myself effective in communication and interpersonal
skill. However, I still believe that I do not possess good problem solving skill. Thus, I require
improvement in the given skill. I can improve this skill by attending training and development
programs which is being organized within country.
