developed which help a lot in business health check. This project report is based on Hilton
Hotels and Resorts which is operating in the hospitality industry. In this report, different
objectives of business and some environmental factors have been explained which can influence
impact on company. Along with this, effectiveness of organization has been evaluated and some
new plans has also been developed to improve the organizational performance. At last, existing
skills of men and staff members have been demonstrated and also, some programs have been
devised to develop those skills.
