Morning Food Ltd is UK based company, food production is the functional area of firm,
they make food products and dishes for customers. Organization produce their goods according
to consumer needs which helps to gain profit and increase their productivity. Company have long
tradition of offering nutritious and healthy wholegrain oats to people (Dunning, 2014). They
provide healthy food including healthy ingredients in goods, they manufacture products in food
and beverage sector since for so long in wide variety of packaging formats and finished product.
Morning Food Ltd run their medium size business effectively with the help of effective
management. They employee more than 180 workers and provide better services to them. Rolled
oats, Oatmeal, Jumbo Oats, Oat bran, pinhead Oats and Oat flour are the range of it products that
they offer to clients which make all of them happy and satisfy. Organization is independent
British food grain milling business as they manufacture breakfast cereal products for those
people who need to stay feet and always want healthy living.
They supply products in many local area within nation, with the helps to effective
workforce (Bocken and et.al., 2014). The level of management define hierarchy, production
department, packaging department, selling and marketing department is included in business
hierarchy structure. All the above section work effectively and have different types of
responsibilities.
Production department focus on producing food products, which is manufacture both for
industrial and retail use and are sold in UK and to many export markets. Goods is sold under
customer own brands and mornflake brand, the business has succeeded and grow after
acquisition of Buckley Foods Ltd and Grampian Oat products and hence now they have three
more operating sites which has been managed within different level (Yeoh and Popovič, 2016).
Each of its hierarchy management structure is well organized with the help of leaders and
managers. Managers focus on each and every activity of management and communicate with its
leader in context of employee performance and working abilities. Organization heavily involved
in preservation of UK oat crop, they are committed to using natural food ingredient obtained
from better sources, whilst organizing and maintaining high quality. Manager assure company
that each of its products is delivering within good quality. Leaders in each of its management
level guide and trained workers to manufacture products according to consumer preference.
