Research philosophy - The philosophy of research is characterised as the manner in which data
and knowledge on different study-related topics are gathered, investigated and evaluated. This
consists of numerous natural sources for the creation of sufficient knowledge of the term used in
research work.
Approach to research - The approach to research is characterised as a strategy to handle various
research activities and tasks. This involve the processing of information, the review of data and
the presentation of data in order to obtain different results (Booth, and et.al,2019). Basically
there are two forms of approach to science that are known as interpretivism and positivism. In
the present research work, the writer uses interpretivism.
The method of qualitative analysis is characterised as the manner in which knowledge and data
are obtained using open-ended questions. According to this analysis process, the researcher's key
goal is to examine natural approaches to the subject matter. This style of study focuses mainly on
exploratory research, which is used to understand the diverse views, motives and motivations of
the research subject. There are numerous data collection methods, such as group conversation,
survey, interview, etc The approach of quantitative analysis is defined as the way of using the
data and using mathematical and numerical data to measure the different problems. This consists
of diverse beliefs, opinions and actions and experiences of various groups of individuals and
includes them in the population of the survey.
Several open ended as well as closed ended questions are asked form the respondents in order to
complete the research. There is need to manage and evaluate different things which can be used
for research completion (Coleman, and et.al, 2019). There are various means by which research
applications are controlled and monitored effectively. The above questionnaire includes several
closed ended questions associated with the research topic. There is need to effective manage the
work so that objectives and aims can be attained in specified time frame. The procurement
process for any company can be a hectic activity. If you have a successful recruiting and hiring

policy, however it greatly reduces the attrition of employees; it makes it easy for you to find the
best candidate who not only meets the work-related qualifications, but also complements the
organization's core values. A recruiting and selection policy is a text summarising the guiding
principles of how the overall recruitment and selection process can be performed by an
organisation. The strategy plays a critical role in selecting the most eligible applicants on the
basis of the job ethics and corporate priorities a company aims to represent. The questionnaire is

which includes gathering and evaluating numerical data for mathematical analysis, is qualitative
research. In topics such as anthropology, sociology, education, health sciences, history, etc.,
qualitative analysis is widely found in the humanities and social sciences. Any of the analysis
techniques requires the use of one or more methods of data collection. There are some of the
qualitative approaches that are most common:
Observations: to report in comprehensive field observations what you have observed,
experienced, or encountered.
Interviews: asking people questions individually in one-on-one interviews.
Focus groups: posing questions and stimulating dialogue between a group of individuals.
Surveys: the distribution of open-ended questions in questionnaires.
Secondary research: the compilation of current evidence in the form of text, photographs,
records of audio or video, etc.
There is need to evaluate qualitative analysis for managing the research work. It is seen that
there are other methods listed above for making the research work effective. Information and
data can be gathered for completing the project activities. There are several steps of project
tasks as well as activities for managing the project activities. Interviews are the best way
which can be used for managing the work. There is need to have an effective way to develop
