Impact of business on global social justice for humanity by creating inclusive workplace
The business organizations play an important role for ensuring the global social justice
for humanity by creating inclusive workplace (Barak 2016). By ensuring a workplace of
diversity and inclusion as the core business strategy the business can ensure its sustainable
growth and create innovation. The business organization must incorporate an inclusive
workplace, where the employees of the organization respect the rights of every individual and
avoid discrimination and bullying, and gender or religion discrimination (Mapp 2014). A
business organization which respects the diversity of the employees, and takes initiatives to
maximize the performance of every employee and takes steps to create an environment in the
workplace where the employees work together as a team towards achieving the goals can ensure
sustainability and achieve the global social justice for the humanity (Melé and Sánchez-Runde
2013).
A business organization which believes in diversity and inclusion can act as a important
source for competitiveness. Furthermore, by having the business organization’s employee of
different cultural background and culture, respect every individual and work together, will bring
in new and creative solutions and will ensure global social justice for the humanity (Shore,
Cleveland and Sanchez 2018). In order to promote inclusive workplace and diversity, the
business organization requires to set policies and strategies which enable developing leaders with
skills to manage diverse organization, diverse human resources, embedding a culture which
respects the diversity and inclusion and by promoting inclusive ways of work style (Mapp 2014).
Therefore, by creating an inclusive workplace, the business can impact global social justice for
humanity.
