INTRODUCTION
 Multinational corporation can be termed out as commercial enterprise that conducts
business in several countries. This firm has number of units that take place with local
companies.
 Due to globalization, the Multinational firm offered various advanced benefits and
offer both a positive and negative impact on economies (How Do Multinational
Companies Affect Local Businesses?, 2019.). Globalization can affects large segments
of society not only by global economies but also with changes of cultural and political.
 The present report is based on to identify the impact of McDonald's on a new start up
of Hunger burst. Furthermore, the assignment will focus on to carry out the both
primary and secondary research to identify the possible ways and its impact on new
business set up in local community. Thus, project management plan and work
breakdown structure must be framed in order to identify stages for completion of
project.

Small-scale research with application of quantitative and qualitative research
methods for meeting aims and objectives.
 The research methodologies can be defined as systematic and scientific procedure of
data collection, analysis, interpretation and implication. Thus, research methodologies
are defined in below contexted manner as-
 Research philosophy- It is belief in which data relate with research can be gathered,
analyzed and used. Thus, research philosophies can be comprised of pragmatism,
positivism, realism and interpretive etc. Furthermore, philosophies to research mainly
deals with source, nature and development of knowledge (Lou, 2018.).
 In this, interpretative techniques can be termed out as to find out the information based
on nature and knowledge and it is also based on human behavior On the other hand,
positivism philosophy can be defined as that knowledge is based on natural
phenomenon and experience. In order to carry out the implication of multinational
corporation on local businesses the researcher will have the use of interpretative
technique.

the researcher will have the use of inductive techniques so that depth information about affects of

 Data collection- This term can be defined as process that aids to gather and analyze information
that based on differed variables of interest. With use of various sources a researcher can able to
get the accurate picture of data. There are two methods of data collection as primary and
secondary. Under it, primary method can be termed out as collect information with use of first
hand data. Thus, secondary method will be useful in terms to get the information with help of
books, online articles and journals. In order to determine the information about the research topic
the researcher will have the use of both primary and secondary technique.

mobile, telephone interview and systematic observations. It is associated with numeric
analysis in which data can able to collect, classified the better results. In order to carry
out the present research, the researcher will have the use of qualitative techniques so
that better outcomes of research topic can be analyzed

among various alternatives. There are many type of sampling methods as cluster,
stratified, random, systematic etc. (Thakur, Kaur and Nautiyal, 2018). In order to carry

have the use of sample random technique with help of choosing sample of 30
respondents as random individuals.
 Ethics- This is helpful in terms to determine the specific guideline that is responsible
to conduct the research ( Bournakis, Papanastassiou and Pitelis, 2019)). In this, prior
approval must be taken before disclosing the information relate with research.

are total number of 30 respondents. In this, 23 said yes, 5 said no and 2
is not sure of it. The advanced product and services impacts the working

business environment.
Interpretation- Based on the above chart it can be concluded that multinational
firms come with large out amount of competition with the local business. It affects
the working of small enterprise. In this, there are total number of 30 respondents.
Under it, the 28 said yes, 1 said no and 1 respondents said no to it. Thus,
competition can get enhanced with the help of providing good and services at the
lower prices.

Theme 3: Multinational firms enhances the use of technological advancements.
Interpretation-From the above tabular presentation it can be concluded that multinational
companies work as to bring new and innovative technical and production methods that are
new to the host country. It aids to bring technology transfer. Thus, the total number of
participants are 30. In this, 28 stated yes, 1 said no and 1 participants is not sure of it.
Hence, it can be stated that the new innovation and better product and services always
affects the business of local firms.

 Based on above report it can be concluded that Multinational companies aids
to provide developing countries various benefits. The multinational
companies aids to bring wide technical and production methods that will be
helpful in host country. Thus, present report was based on the business.
 The present report is based on to determine the impact of multinational
companies on local businesses. Furthermore, the assignment has covered the
things as the formulation of aims and objectives, the data analysis has
conducted in order to have depth information about the topic of research.
Lastly, the recommendation has been given to access the impact of

 Multinational firm encourage firms to invest in their countries, it also aids to bring
better and advanced products in local markets. In order to cope up with it, the local
firm should also produce the better and more advanced products so that individuals in
market can get attracted towards it.
 The Local business should also adopt effective technical adaption so that better
products can be produced at the reasonable prices. Thus, it will be helpful in order to
provide better opportunities to firm.
 To compete with the multinational firm the managers of local business must provide
better working condition so that employees can able to retain themselves in enterprise
for longer period.

Reflection on value gained from undertaking the
project.
 The present report is based on to access the impact of multinational companies on
local businesses. In this report, I have used various researcher methodologies so that
better information about the topic of research can be gained. Thus, I have used the
interpretative technique so that generalized conclusion can be achieved. In order to
make it more effective , I have the used inductive technique so that generation of new
theory can be possible and the better and effective data can be emerged. On the other
hand, I have used the primary and secondary method so that information can be
gathered with help of both first hand data and tool as books, journal, articles etc.
 In order to determine the implication of multi-national corporation on local business
the I have used the qualitative analysis technique so that with help of framing
questionnaire the depth interpretation about the impact of firm can analyzed
