solutions of various issues and challenges that are faced by a firm. This report will analyse
and identify business problems based on various criteria. It will consider many factors that
are important for a business as well (Blum, 1994). In this report, Swin Public Transport has
considered all the things including identification of the problem, key stakeholders, SSM
evaluation and more. This report will discuss about the hard and soft problems of the business
functions and BIS systems. It will explain the role of key stakeholders in the advancement of
technologies in a firm. Moreover, this report will provide tools and techniques to resolve such
types of problems from an organization. In this report, the Rich picture will provide for
