management system. The information system consists of people, information technology and
different processes of business.
This report deals with the problems in the business information system of Axle
Construction Company. This report focuses on the improvement of the business information
system in the company. The challenges in the management of the business information system in
the company has been described properly in the report.
This report outlines the improvement in the elements of the Information system of the
company. There are recommendations provided at the end of the report for successful
implementation of the Social Media information system in Axle Construction.

The Information System helps in providing information to management that helps in
making decision in the business organization. The control systems are divided into closed-loop
and open loop. An open loop control system has no way for ensuring completion of objectives
