direct impact on the customer satisfaction. Followed by this aspect there is a significant
impact of Information Technology to attract the customers in order to advertise their services
which may invoke the business profit (Tseitlin 2013). Considering the above statement the
utilization of the Information Technology in order to attract the customers are listed below:
Utilization of the Information Technology in the business services, IT system offers to
effectively gather the customer’s information by conducting surveys as well as y
recording the previous data of the customer’s.
Followed by the collection of the data it analyses those data which provides effective
decision making approach to offer more customize data to the customers.
Along with that it offers effective database management process which offers the
feature to effectively process, manage as well as modify the information for effective
organizational services.

the country it will be very helpful if it incorporate the Cloud services into the organization
filed as it will offers a versatile storage as well as the cloud storage is not restricted to a place
thus the database can be accessed from any-where (Rice, A.L., 2013). Followed by this
objective incorporation of cloud services also reduces the database cost of the organization as
this is on demand service. Thus, after analysing these aspects it is recommended to the
targeted organization to adopt cloud computing into their business structure as holds the
responsibility to effectively collaborate several branches of the organization for more

is very essential to mitigate all of the challenges thus the approached mobile application will
surely consist a login page in which the customers will provide their necessary detail along
with the providing the access to their location. Followed by this a home page of United Milk
Commodities will be opened in which it will display the information about the offered
products as well as service locations. In the product attribute it will show all the products
which are in the stock as this application will be connected to the cloud database which will
consists enough information related to the product stocks and quantity (Barnes et al., 2013).
Along with these features one of the most impactful feature of this application is it will offer
the customers to effectively keep track on their ordered product. After the analysis of the
approached application it has been noticed it holds the capabilities to effectively address all
