Computer hard drives, cloud based servers, piece of paper or even someone’s mind could be
used in storing data
Data would die at this particular stage, since, organizations, businesses and individual would set
amount of data but they would not know what to do with. Data science then would come into
rescue to help provide useful information.
Visualization
Effective means of communicating the information would through pictures. Since, seeing
something in a different way would change someone’s understanding on the same thing.
Computation would allow you know parent things that were not available before.
Analysis
This would occur after recognizing the parents, then through analysis you can extract the
information and convert it into intelligent
Action
It involves leverage of new form of intelligent that adds new value, which simply allows one to
act.

Introduction
The power of data life cycle would be effectively employed on the gift shop in South Australia
which mainly involves in purchasing individual goods, for the owner of the shop to buy enough
stock with popular name that would allow the stock to be all sold.
Data storage
Storage option
The best storage option for storing large group of files such as these would be cloud storage,
which would be regarded as a cloud model used for computing where data would be stored on
cloud servers that could be easily accessed from sources of internet or even cloud. Cloud storage
would require maintenance, operation and management that would be done by cloud storage
provider.
The cloud server that help identify a cloud storage would be built, held and would be delivered
only through clouds platforms that happens on the internet. The servers have same characteristics
ad functions as typical servers, with the only difference on how they would be accessed on cloud
service providers (Chen, Erickson, Silyaev, Trerise and Kellerman, Broadcom Corp, 2015)
The cloud storage would work under virtualization of data center, where the end users would be
provided and virtual storage applications would be scaled according to the requirement of the
application (Kamara and Lauter, 2010).
The cloud storage would operate through API web based; API would be implemented on the
basis of interaction of the end user in the cloud infrastructure storage for both the input and
output and operation of the read and write (Lopes, Franz, Kazi, Donaldson, Morri. and Bader,
2010).
The core objective of using this type of storage would be;
 Safety of important files would be considered, where incase of any distance that might
occur, there would be no damage or misplacement or file getting lost
 The cloud would help store bulky documents that would not be possible to be send
through emails
 The cloud storage also help in sharing document files and backup to data, furthermore,
easier sharing and accessing the files.

over time, as shown on table 1 on the number and position from 1945 to 2005. The name
Margaret picked position 1 on 1945, 1946 and 1948 and lost popularity on 2000s, with the most
on 2005.

The total amount of frequency of the female name Judith and male name Paul were high having
recorded 409 and 1080 respectively as compared to the other names of Janet, Carol and Anne.
The mean calculated of the name Judith was 68.16667 and Paul was 154.2857 which too were
more than the other names mean. The frequency could also be shown on the charts below. From
this presentation it was clear that the owner of the gift shop in South Australia that mainly
involves in purchasing individual goods, should stock his or her shop with goods written the
name Judith and paul for him or her to sell maximum stocks.

The other methods that could be involved in analyzing this data were correlation in order to
determine the strength of the frequency and direction and determination of confident interval to
determine the population parameters.

Action (Recommendation)
The analysis determined above showed that the name Judith and Paul were main names that both
the families and individual could prefer to call their babies, therefore it was more practicable for
the business owner to prefer to stock his gift shop with commodities written the two names.
The future outcome from the position determined on the tables above showed that the name
would end up diminishing from being used, even though their beginning was manly welcomed
by families and individual. So a lot of consideration should be placed on ensuring that the future
stocks should contain other current names to ensure that the business operations would
maintained.
The appropriate commodity that would be considered to be stocked would be T-shirts; babies
always must have more clothes since they are prone to dirty. Stocking houses with mugs will
take a small percentage all over the country. Parents would therefore ensure that their children
have surplus of clothes, in the process we would expect that more purchases of T-shirts would be
done in the gift shop.
Generation
The owner of the business should consider stocking the shop with different sizes of T –shirt
clothes over time since children at every moment would be growing.
The owner of the business should ensure that the name and design on the T-shirt are different,
since each customer would have his or her own taste and preferences.
The owner of the shop should also open other branches to ensure that every customer in each
side of the country would easily access the shops at any given time.
