a) In the case study the stakeholders are the employees and the employers. The understanding
of the information system is so much important for the work of the business professionals.
The employers are looking for some employees who are having understanding about both the
technology and business.
b) The stakeholder needs the information about the employees. As all of the businesses are
having access to the extensive pool of the knowledge (Chang, 2016). The way one of the
businesses can gather, exploits and share the knowledge that can be central to the ability of it
for developing successfully.
c) Utilizing the knowledge is not so much necessary to think about the services and products
that will be new (Bourgeois, 2018). The important and useful knowledge that are already
existed in the business. The stakeholders are looking for the employees who will be having
below criteria:
The experiences of the employees.
The processes and designs for the goods and services.
The files and documents.
The plan of the employees for future activities such as new services and products.
d) The information technology can drive innovation and the innovation is the way to get
success in business. In business the innovation is having the similar impact that the steam is
having on the revolution of the industries. This is so much hard for imagining any of the
businesses that has not got advantage from the digital revolution. At present the formula for a
successful business is so much simple that to with driven innovation with the information
technology. The business intelligent tools that are needed by the stake holders are self-service
BI, online analytics processing (OLAP).

e) The improvement for the goods and services for identification of the trends of the market
before offering the services and products for the customers. There are various types of
information systems, each of them is having various roles (Abbasi, Sarker & Chiang, 2016).
This type of technology allows for faster reporting that are more accurate, business decisions
that are better and allocation of resources that are more efficient. Another important
advantage is visualization of data that enables the analysts to interpret information that are in
large amounts, predict the events that will happen in future and finding patterns in the data
that are historical.
The organisations are able use the enterprise resource planning software in order for
collecting, managing and examining the data that are across various areas from accounting,
finance to manufacturing. This kind of the information systems are consisting of applications
that provide a 360 degree view of the operations of the business.
f) Like the other systems of information ERP gives insights that are actionable and helps to
decide the steps that will be taken next (Laudon & Laudon, 2015). The ERP system makes it
easier to achieve the compliances that are regulatory, increase the security of data and share
information between the various departments.
The systems of information can give an advantage that is competitive and gives the data that
are needed to make the business smarter and faster. Depending on the requirements, a
business can also opt for knowledge management systems, transaction processing systems,
and decision support systems. When the information system is to be considered, the business
should consider the budget and the size of the business.
