within the UK. The recent portfolio of information system offers a better transport facilities that
will enhance the performance offered with the system. The Importance of information system
within an organization is that it helps in managing the data efficiently so that it can be used for
the purpose of gaining profits within the market. Based on the portfolio of information system it
has been observed that the organization has implemented security services that will ensure better
safety to words the data stored within the system. In order to maintain proper security to words

range of services and that includes better way of transport for conveying substantial amounts of
cash, provisioning the security services for business. The organization maintains its information
system between the private transport divisions. This plays the key role for performing the
activities within the organizations the business completely depends on scheduling the activities
that are provided for maintaining the vehicle based and the details related to the routes. In
addition to this the department also focuses on vehicle maintenance and rostering of staffs. There
information system maintains financial ledger, route planning and duty rostering. The

can be stated that the data needed to be stored within the home office service division. The
