INTRODUCTION
Business Innovative and Skills data analysis help to focus in the fintech which is a
mixture of finance and technology. This also help to promote the products and boost the
innovation for the better structure and as a result, it help to protect the customers and reduce
the impact of regulation. Therefore, in the same way, current report is also based upon the
different question and two regions are selected through which it is easy to determine the
answer and the views of respondents as well. Thus, with the prescribe question, researcher
will uses formulas and pivot table that help to determine the answer and which in turn help to
lead the report in the right direction.

Interpretation: Through the above table, it is interpreted that majority of the respondent
from the Northwest region are stated no, like out of 100% 88.34% of them are did not agree,
while 9.82% of them are agree. On contrary, in Southeast region, majority of them are also
disagree like, out of 100%, 88.03% of them are said no, while 4.25% of them are said yes.
Thus, it is analyzed that in both region, respondents think that there is no benefit from the
external assistance which help the company to grow at further level of success. So, they think
that external assistance do not provide any specific information with regards to day to day
running of business.

Interpretation: As per the above table and graph, it is interpreted that majority of the
respondents from the Northwest region, sampling are not ready, while out of 100%, 91.46%
of them are state no, while 8.54% of them are state yes. On the other side, as per the
Southeast region, 89.68% of the respondent are also state no, while 5.95% of them state yes.
Therefore, it is analyzed that in both regions, all the respondents are provide same views and
it is examine that from last three year, company did not think to take strategic advice from the
external assistance in order to grow the business.

Interpretation: Through the above table, it is interpreted that majority of the respondents are
state no, such that out of 100%, 80.47% of them are state no, while 8.88% of them are said
yes. On the other side, in Southwest region, 75.10% of them are also state no, while 11.84%
of them state yes. Under both the situation, it is clearly analyzed that both regions do not
agree that since the business is established, business do not benefited from any external
information.

Interpretation: Through the primary research, it is analyzed that in Northwest region,
respondents are not enough confident that that they will get any partner, if a firm is needed
any information, such that out of 100%, 35.93% of them directly state no, while 27.54% of
them are fairly confident and 24.55% of them are very confident. On the other side, as per the
Southeast region, majority of the respondents are not confident, like, 24.80 of them state no,
while 37.80% of them are fairly confident. Thus, it is stated that majority of them are know
that company will get information if they find a suitable partner. Thus, there are contradict
views in these point from both the regions.

Interpretation: Through the above table and chart, it is stated that in Northwest region,
majority of the respondents are not agree like, out of 100%, 55.47% of them state no, while
33.58% of them state yes, only 10.95% of them do not know about the situation. On the
contrary, in Southwest region, it is stated that 14.83% of them state no, while 34.63% of them
state yes, and 14.63% of them do not know about the situation. Therefore, it is analyzed that
in both regions, the respondents are highly disagree with the statement that if the business
will grow and earn good, then they are ready to invest into this.

Interpretation: Accordance to the above table, it is interpreted that in the Northwest region,
respondents do not exactly know about the salary of the employees because out of 100%
employees, 56.52% of them state that they do not know, while 14.49% of them state that earn
Up to 25£, while around 10.87% of them state that they earn Up to 100£. On comparison side, in
Southeast region, 59.76% of them did not know about the things and, 11.95% of them state that
company pay 26£-50£ to the employees. But in the both situation, it is analysed that majority of
respondents from both region exactly do not know the exact pay to workers by the company.
