Business intelligence refers to the analysing, storing and collection of the
company's data that is generated by company's activities, Business intelligence is
mainly known as the broader term that includes descriptive analytics, data mining,
process analysis and performance benchmarking. Business intelligence collects
each and every data given by business and gives a easy to understand report or
performance measures and also it gives the trend that inform management
decisions (Zhang, 2020).

Artificial intelligence and Business intelligence
This article have shown that the Organisation might include artificial intelligence
understanding in a bigger business intelligence strategy as the artificial intelligence
also with the increase in AI the learning from machines is also enhancing day by
day. AI may use old data or old historical patterns or development so that the
manager can make the educated assumption regarding the inquiries of data, using
artificial intelligence will make big development in the future of businesses. Using
AI in business intelligence may boost the business efficiency, the best part is that
it can give the services to customer 24/7 as machines doesn't know how to sleep
which helps in creating better customer experience and it will improve the security
of data. But every thing has some good and bad side, and it's bad side is that it will
take huge money in process of implementation of artificial intelligence and it will

increase the dependency of humans on machines also it will erase the need of
employees opportunity.

Presentation of data in a form which is easy to understand by using graphical and
pictorial form is known as data visualization (Yee,2022.). It helps in determining the
reason through the study of facts, in the upcoming years the data visualization is
going to be very important for any of the business firm who as an organization or
as a team wants to get together digitally across the boundaries, in some years , the
third-party system may get united with business intelligence by making collections
of data and responding where there the action is necessary. It makes the sharing of
data very easy and simple and it is a superior method that involves both theoretical
and practical experiments, but having this many advantages doesn't tell that the
visualization of data is best trend of business intelligence it has some
disadvantages too. Like it doesn't provide with exactness this is just an assessment,
there is absence of the help in the data visualization and more over it seeks to one
sided result only (Yang, 2018).
Augmented Analytics
The combination of many largely automatic equipment steps that will give the
clear, understandable and actionable answer is known as augmented analytics.
Future advancement of business intelligence may result in valuable output that
might involve strategy changing and actionable recommendation (Olejniczak, 2018).
If the business want to stay in the competitive cut-throat market then they have to
keep their eyes on and make full use of data rather than competing with the
competitor thus the most effective way to do it is the augmented analytics.
Augmented analytics helps in faster preparation of data, it improves the literacy of
data, it reduces the time to have insights also it helps in reducing the bias in
analytics but it has some disadvantages which can never be ignored there is lack of

trust while using the tool of augmented analysis also there are some hidden biases
in this analysis and the biggest challenge to the augmented analysis is unorganized
data.

business intelligence is becoming popular every day, which helps the user to get
connected to their data's files and can manage the work of their firm by their
mobile, laptop, PC or tablet, customers can successfully and easily get access to
their firm system and can see the live board of business intelligence and can report
to anyone in their firm by reporting on the particular person interface this has very
popular because of the covid-19 pandemic that caused a harsh affect on the
industry which led them to follow the mobile BI using work from home strategy
nowadays it has become that much popular that almost everyone working in a firm
is using mobile business technology, the increase in use of mobile BI have reduced
the decision time, it has also improved decision-making and the performance of the
employees , it has increased the revenue of the business firms and it has also
enhanced the knowledge sharing behind all these there are some issues of mobile
business intelligence that have to be seen Data breaches, high prices, difficulty in
analysing different data source, resistance to adoption, poor quality of data.
Data Driven Business intelligence utilization
The teams of business should have to be component based, if the team wants to
achieve this from the data analysis in an old or newly made business intelligence
system. Giving tools to all the worker to unite the business intelligence in the
regular operation is seen as the part of integrating a community of data-driven
people's. As firms endeavour to become more and more data driven, putting up
more and more efforts for the sharing of data and because of this the collaboration
will enhance. Some of the basic advantages of data driven business intelligence is

preventing the errors and biasses, it also helps in increasing productivity of the
firm by the use of efforts of many employees on the same side which is the
achievement of objective of the organization. Also, it promotes the transparency
and understanding. There are some disadvantages that cannot be neglected these
are problem of blind trust, leading to some possible misinterpretation, may produce
low quality data (un, 2020).
Natural language processing
NLP is the short form of natural language processing, it is used as the fuel , like the
way human wants the car to run they will surely need fuel the NLP is the same fuel
in the technological purpose as it completes the gap between computers and the
humans by ending the want for any of the programming languages (Hu, 2022). It
directly gives permission to users to communicate with the data by making
questions in a format of conversation such as ,” what is the revenue of marketing
department last year”. After the text query the best thing comes out is voice query
which means the question can be asked using the voice of a person, this can
happen by uniting the voice assistants on the mobile devices, NLG helps out the
software that was enabled in the device to give the more reliable and
understandable answer of the question asked, there are some appreciable points of
NLP that have to be seen it improves the customer reviews and experience by
giving them replies in seconds, it never gives the unnecessary information or data,
it helps the computer to communicate with the human beings (DORTI, 2021).

by the name of business intelligence. These trends are going to change the business
sector by involving the IT sector in it and will also increase the need of data
analyst and programmers.
