Data handling and business intelligence is the recent trend which is very helpful for the
business in managing the business in successful manner. Data handling is defined as the fact that
the business uses many different types of data and it is very essential for the business to handle it
in proper manner. Thus, it is very essential for the companies to use the data handling and the
business intelligence techniques in order to manage the operations of the company. The current
study will outline the current trends in the business intelligence and data handling.
MAIN BODY
In the words of Llave (2018) business intelligence is a type of technology which is being
used by the company in order to analyse the data and then presenting it to the management and
executives to take the decision. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that the business
intelligence will help the business in taking effective and correct decision for the growth and
development of business. The business intelligence is a technology driven method of collecting
and analysing the data in more systematic and organized manner. This includes the use of
different types of techniques and methods of making the business successful and more growing.
This is majorly pertaining to the fact that the use of technology and business intelligence tool
will help the company in managing the latest trend
But as per the views of Rădescu and Muraru (2019) the use of business intelligence is
somewhat difficult in managing the business decision. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that
if the technology will not be understood by the people and employees within the company in
proper and effective manner then the company will not be able to make good use of these
technologies. Thus, if the technology will not be used in proper manner then the company will
not be able to manage the working. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that if the technology
will not be understood in clear manner then this can into disaster as untrained person or
employees can misuse the technology.
As per the views of Powell (2017) the latest trend in the business intelligence is the use of
the artificial intelligence. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that artificial intelligence is
referred to as the simulation of the human intelligence towards the machines so that they get
attracted towards the use f the technology with their working ad business practices. This is a
good technique for the business as this help the companies in attracting more of the consumers.

This is due to the fact that this artificial intelligence is very helpful for the company in order to
attract more of the consumers. This is also very essential for companies to adapt to the latest
trend of using artificial intelligence because of the fact that this will help the company in
increasing the rage of the consumers to a great extent.
In against of this Combita Niño, Cómbita Niño and Morales Ortega (2018) also states
that this use of artificial intelligence is very essential because of the major benefit that this will
increase the proficiency and effectiveness of the company in managing the business in successful
manner. Also, the other major benefit of this business intelligence trend is that this reduces the
error coming in place of the recording and analysing the data to a great extent. This is because of
the fact that all the working and recording of the data is done with help of the use of artificial
intelligence and with help of other technology only. Thus, there are very less chances of getting
error in managing the work of the company and also in taking appropriate decisions. Also, in
addition to this the major advantage of the use of artificial intelligence for the business running is
that this helps the company in managing the business in effective and efficient manner. This is
due to the fact that the artificial intelligence is available by the company all the time that is 24/ 7
the company can make use of artificial intelligence. Also, the use of artificial intelligence makes
the operations and working of company more reliable and better. This is pertaining to the fact
that when the use of technology is made in the company then this assist the employees in
working with more effectiveness and this increases the working capacity of the employees. This
is basically because of the fact that use of technology makes the employees more conscious
relating to the management and running of the business to a great extent.
On the flip side Sheybani and Javidi (2019) argues that with these benefits and
advantages also there are many different types of drawback also attached with this method. This
is majorly because of the reason that if the company will not be able to make the employees
understand the technology and its use in effective manner then it can be mis- appropriately
handled and this can result in heavy losses. Also, in addition to this the major disadvantage of the
use of artificial intelligence is the high cost which is being attached to the use of the artificial
intelligence in the business. This is also a disadvantageous because of the fact that this can
mislead the employees as they are not able to manage the work with the use of the technology
within the market. Also, in addition to this the company has no creativity and innovation left to
be done by the employees. This is pertaining to the fact that when the company makes the use of

the technology then the original working and use of practical knowledge of the employees is
decreased. This is majorly pertaining to the fact that the employees totally relies upon the
technology to be worked with. Thus, they not make use of their mind and creative thinking to a
great extent.

intelligence makes it very effective for the people and the company to manage the operations of
business in effective and efficient manner. Also, the use of different methods of business
intelligence makes the working of the company more effective and efficient. This is because of
the fact that the technology makes provides the employees of the company to make proper
planning for the effective working of the company. This also assists the business in attaining the
aims and objectives of the business as the technology makes the working of the company more
effective and efficient. This is due to the fact that the the technology helps the company in
making the business and its operations more effective and efficient.

On the completion of the study it is evaluated and concluded that the data handling and
business intelligence is very important in the success of the business. This is majorly because of
the reason that in this highly competitive world the company need to manage the working of the
company in successful and growing manner. From the above study it was seen that the use of
business intelligence techniques within the business assist the company in increasing its
profitability. For this the major business intelligence technology used is the artificial intelligence.
Also with the study it was seen that the major advantage of using this is increase in efficiency,
error reduction and many others. In contrast to this the major disadvantages are like high cost,
providing of training and many other related factors.
