INTRODUCTION
Business intelligence is defined as set of numerous processes and technologies that are
used in order to convert raw data into required and meaningful information. This aspect is
associated with set of software in which data can be transformed in such a manner that actionable
knowledge can be attained.
During pas decades this is being analysed that revolutionary trends are inhaled which are
helpful for the business to look after of their analytics and business activities as well. In current
time BI is the solution for big size businesses as in context to provide security to their data and
making decision making process highly prompt. In the context of Malaysian public listed
companies the economy in Malaysia is facing steady situation and growth path. The prominent
strategic impact of business impact is associated with enhancing economic performance of
Malaysian public listed companies. Besides this BI is leading the way to deal with earning profits
by minimising environmental impacts as well (Brijs, 2016).
LITERATURE REVIEW
According to Abusweilem and Abualoush, 2019, BI is defined as the process which is
driven by technology and helpful for business executives and managers in order to take business
decisions in prominent manner. The major goal of BI is to enhancing power of decision making
along with high edge efficiency in the business so that competitive edge can be attained. In order
to attain this goal BI is incorporating various data analytical tools along with data management
tools and by this different methodologies can be utilised in order to manage data in appropriate
manner.
According to Loewen and Roudsari, 2017, there are varied tools for BI and the same are
highly useful for the business to gain higher insight of business. Besides this there are varied
tools existed within BI and these are helping the business to improve their performance and
discover tools and methods which may provide prominent solution to the business. There are
numerous platform existed and these are helpful in order to integrate AI insights with data
visualisation so that to develop diversified data which could lead the business to inhale higher
success.
According to Esteves and et. Al, 2018, future of BI is wide as this leads in uninterrupted
increment in developing applications and functions as well. BI is highly valuable for the business

business sustainability. In today' s dynamic world business environment is changing in
appropriate manner and this is the major reason that BI is highly accepted by business in current
time.
