solutions (Sakazi, Elovici, and Shabtai, 2022). However, the McAfee made use of the security

privacy implementation assessment while developing their software. This helps the users in
making effective utilisation of the software and safeguarding them and offer smooth functioning
to the users. Also, it has been identified that the McAfee has made use of the Agile methodology
in order to develop all of their software within the market. This method is a type of software
development method in which there is a group of methodologies associated with the process of
software development. In this method, solutions that are developed by the company evolves on a

MS Office
MS office can be defined as a group of software developed by the Microsoft which

for outlook, new chart types in Excel, smart attachments, and simplified document sharing.
These features and the techniques associated with the MS office helps them in gaining the
customer attention and becoming one of the most used software used within the offices on a

DSS (Decision Support System)
A processed or automated system software that helps an organization in collecting the
information relevant to the organization, examines the same and uses it in order to develop
comprehended reports can be defined as the Decision Support System (Teniwut, and Hasyim,
2020). This system software is not a simple software that is used for the purpose of gathering
data. Instead, it allows the individuals to make use of it in order to make informed decisions that
helps them in easily solving the problems and bringing the efficiency in dealing with the issues
faced by an organization. It has been determined that there are various class of decision support
systems . They are data driven , Model driven , Knowledge driven , document driven and lastly,
communication driven and group DSS. The examples of the DSS includes ERP dashboards and

ESS (Executive Support System)
A software that enables the individuals to modify the data and information related
to an organization into quickly reachable reports. These reports are then used by different
department of the company such as billing, accounts, human resources and others in order to
carry out the routine business operations of the company (Wahono, and Ali, 2021). This kind of
software is known as an Executive Support System. This system helps an organization into
utilising important information and also helps them in forecasting the performance of the
individuals within an enterprise. It is used by companies in order to achieve the required results.
It also provides them with There are different examples of an ESS, which includes technological
reports such as patent records, confidential information related to the competitors.
TPS (Transaction Processing System)
A transaction processing system can be explained as a type of information system that
allows the companies into recording the transactions associated with their business. This system

is used by different organizations for the purpose of recording both the internal and the external
transactions related to the company (Little, and Shrivastava, 2022). Basically the TPS is used by
the operational managers and it is also developed in order to assist them in their routine work. It

grow within the organization and can provide the beneficial outcomes through the best practices

services have both advantages and disadvantages which are described below:

Back-up and restore data: Cloud services and software helps the users to store their data in
cloud from where they can easily get the back-up and can restore the data by using the cloud
computing services. It benefits the users to secure their data and information in effective manner.
Improve collaboration: Cloud computing applications enhances the collaboration by allowing
groups of people to quickly and easily share information in cloud via storage.
Mobility: Cloud computing allows us to access all cloud data via mobile and can perform better
in services.
Unlimited storage capacity: This cloud services provides and offers huge amount of storing
capacity for the important data which involves images, documents, videos and audios and such
more.
Disadvantages

Internet connectivity: The cloud comuting stores the data in thei system which required the good
level of speed of internet connection where sometiems users gets difficulties to store data brcause
of poor internet connectivity. However, it is not that much effective for the users as the important
data they want store cannot get stored du eto internet connections.
Security: The security concerns raises while the information and data has been stored in cloud
technology which aware the organisation to secure their senestive information. Today, there are
mant organisations whose data and information gets hacked by hackers which is the major
difficulties for the users (Keivani and Tapamo, 2019). Accordingly, the organisation who uses
the cloud services and its applications should be aware of their sensetive data which can get
hacked by the hackers and can become a threat for the many and different companies and
provides the negative outcomes.
