INTRODUCTION
SFIA has become the globally accepted common language for the skills and competencies
required in the digital world. The collaborative development style involves open consultation and
input from people with real practical experience of skills management. This report is in context
to SFIA 6 framework, a career plan for transition into IT profession from graduation will be
developed in this report. The report will also analyse the case study to state ethical dilemma
confronting stakeholders. Furthermore, the report will examine code of professional conduct
along with the identification of requirements.

Analysis
The skills' framework for the information age (SFIA) is on of the framework created in order
to guide employer and professionals in the communication and information technologies. The
SFIA framework help and support employees to develop various skills needed for their career
growth and development (Beaudry and Pinsonneault, 2010).

A. Ethical dilemma
Miss McTester new about the faulty circuits which have to be sold to BestPhones Pty ltd,
she about the faulty circuits to Mr.Noway but he asked her to keep her mouth shut. Mr. Noway
knew that if BestPhones Pty ltd got to know about this Icvendor Pty ltd will face a big issue, the
company may even get bank corrupt and close. Miss McTester face an ethical dilemma for
choosing an option among the two choices she had, the first was to tell BestPhones Pty ltd about
the faulty circuits second not to tell them (Tallon and Pinsonneault, 2011.). The first choice will
put her job in danger and second choice will result in harming people from the use of phones
BestPhones will manufacture by the faulty circuits. The stakeholders involved in this ethical
dilemma can be mentioned as below -

B. Ethical response
The consequences of this ethical dilemma can develop issue for various stakeholders,
Miss McTester had two choices whether to inform BestPhones Pty Ltd about the faulty circuits

The Icvendors Pty Ltd may face Bankruptcy and closure if BestPhones Pty ltd got to
know that they were selling faulty phone circuits to them.
Miss McTester may get redundant by Mr Noway if she will inform BestPhones about the
faulty circuits
BestPhones Ptv ltd will lose brand value due to the bad phones as they do not know they
are using faulty circuits.

healthy working environment, it is very important to follow some ethics and value regarding the

From this entire report it has been concluded that in order to carry out the activities in
more effective manner individual as well business have to follow some ethics and value
regarding the work. By this case it has been analyzed that ethical dilemma can develop issue for
various stakeholders, Miss McTester had two choices whether to inform BestPhones Pty Ltd
about the faulty circuits or not to inform them. By taking the customer reviews and feedback
