management issue, problem in delivery of operation, mismanagement among employees,
optimized utilization of resources etc. For example, In JS supermarket there are different
department that world for delivery valuable services to customer (Hermann, Pentek and Otto,
2016). This makes company worldwide famous and develop a strong a customer base line. But
recently the company is facing various problem such as, the employees are not able to get salary
on time. They have to wait for their higher authority for collecting salary cheque and that delay
the process. Therefore, employees get de motivated and do not put their full potential to
complete given task. So, the management of company is willing to use IT system to update their
salary distribution process. They want an automatic system that will automatically transfer salary
amount to the employee on a certified date. This will easy the work of management and reduce
the paper work also. Employees satisfaction is the very first target of companies as they are
backbone, without them business operation cannot be performed.
In JS supermarket the management lack in managing inventory. They do not keep a
proper record of every transition related to stock inflows and outflows. This lead to reduction of

stock at the time of need. So the management with the help of different IT inventory
management system such as Just in time techniques that support management to record the
proper flow of finished goods, raw material during a particular period (Hawkridge, Vince and
Hales, 2018).
So IT system are helpful increasing the profitability, performance and improve the
productivity of company. By applying different types of IT system help companies to overcome
