observed which has enhanced our daily activities as well as helped to enhance the services
qualities of business. Followed by this concern it is identified that in the field of business,
information technology holds a major impact that has helped to enhance the customer
satisfaction as well as the service quality (Gelinas, Sutton & Federowicz 2019).
In order to discuss the nominated scenario this paper has selected two organizations
which has implemented information technologies into the business infrastructure. One of the
organization is Integrated Telecom Company and another one is the Al Muhaidid. One of the
business offers Telecom business and another one serves online retail services to its customers
respectively. While analyzing the business infrastructure it is determined that these organizations
has implemented information technology into their business infrastructure with the purpose to
enhance their services by making it more accurate and effective for their customers. It is also
identified that Integrated Telecom Company has is one of the largest telecom service present in
Saudi that offers services to government as well as semi government organizations (Senft,
Gallegos & Davis 2016).
Thus, with the purpose to get a detail idea about the influence of technologies into these
businesses in the below section a brief discussion on data governance and the impact of
