systematic manner. It is a system which is designed to collect and process the data.
With the new emerging trends, the organization is using this process to achieve the
goals and objectives in the market (Jin, and Kim, 2018). On the other hand, in this
report there will be brief discussion about various theories and methods. Along with
that, there will be discussion about Various information systems. With the help of
these technological factor the organization can achieve a sustainable performance
for a longer period of time. For further instance, there will be explanation of various
systems with relevant examples. This report also aims to analyze globalization and
its effects and brief discussion about the digital infrastructure with its advantages and
disadvantages. Apart from that there will be evaluation of various risks which are
associated with information systems. Most of the companies use digital infrastructure
to achieve an efficient growth in the upcoming future.

authentication system which various number of users. The main purpose of this
model is that the individual use various software to work effectively in the workplace.
There are various dimensions in this theory through which the individual could be
easily influenced. Mcafee is an Information solution company. The organization has
achieved a systematic growth in the market due to the ethical practices. They
provide anti-virus and anti-theft software to the users. It secures the data of the
individuals and minimize the risk of hacking. On the other hand, Moodle is online
web based learning platforms. It offers various online courses and campaigns which
helps the students to learn and capitalize on various carrier oriented opportunities.
Mcafee:
Mcafee is an established corporation the company first started its operations
in 1987. The organization has managed to attract various users in the market. They
had systematically upgraded the Technology and provide the various new software.
It helps the users to simply protect their data (Sun, Sun, and Strang, 2018.). This
software is widely popular to detect various malware and usual activities which is
happening to the computer. It provides best user experience to the users. Due to the
ethical practices the organization has achieve an immense growth in the future. With
the changing market condition the brand has evolved to provide new technology to
the customers. They are ensuring that the users data is protected. The organization
also they are upgrading their software to protect the data from new malware. They
are offering various new promotion methods to attract a lot of consumers in the
market. They are planning to achieve a significant growth in the upcoming year.
Moodle:
It is a web based learning platform in which various students can learn new
courses and campaigns. There are various digital platforms which helps this learning
platform to grow at an exponential rate. The platform provides various new e learning

courses and they are planning to include more by seeing the exponential growth of
this platform among students (Adrian, and et.al 2018). The application was launched
in 20 august 2002. They are using various new techniques to attract various
students. With the new digital era it has managed to boost the growth of this platform
in an effective manner. They are complying will all the rules and regulation in order to
achieve a sustainable growth in the coming period of time. The students can track
their progress depending upon their learning courses. It is new additional feature
which the platform has included in a systematic manner.
Task 2: Explanation of the systems below with relevant
examples
DSS (Decision Support System)
A decision support system formerly known as DSS help the individual to take
good and effective decisions by evaluating the situation effectively. Most of the
organization has includes this process in the workplace to improve their overall
performance in the market (Wiencierz, and Röttger, 2019). They are able to carry out
the new innovative ideas which could help the company to achieve their Goals and
objectives in a systematic manner. This process uses the combining of data and
analyzing it appropriately in order to provide the best decision to the individual. The
use of DSS is generally helpful for the company. For example, the best DSS system
is google map which helps the users to provide the faster route to their destination.
The system navigates effectively to the user by using the technology of satellite.
ESS (Executive Support System)
An Executive support system is a software which help the users to assemble
the date in the enterprise. They can quickly make the reports which is used by the
billing departments. This helps the organization to organize and collect the data in a
systematic manner (Jones, 2019). There are various important significance of the
system are described below:
 It helps the users to critically evaluate the data and then make the reports in a
systematic manner.
 The management can gain quick access to various reports and provide better
experience to the customers.
 The management can minimize the work pressure on the employees by using
this system.
 The main benefit of this process is that the organization can study the
evolving market aspects effectively.
Example of ESS system is the reports which are prepared by the consultants. This
helps the organization to evaluate their critical aspects.
TPS (Transaction Processing System)
This is one of the most important systems which are used by the organization
in the market. A transaction processing system help the individual to process the
transaction data by using various modification techniques and methods in an
effective manner. To achieve an effective performance, the organization use the

reliability and consistency of this process. The most important factor of this process
that it is batch processing (Ionescu, 2019). The analyzation of the data is done

system. The organization can get serious impact and achieve a sustainable

ATM which is called automated teller machine. It is a real time processing machine
which helps the individual to evaluate the financial transactions.
MIS (Management Information System)
This system is one of the most important which is used by most of the
organization. It is effectively used for making various important decisions. It includes
various aspects like coordination, control analysis, visualization of the information
systematically. The aim purpose of this system is to increasingly growth the business
and boost the sales in the market. The organization can achieve their goals and
objectives in an effective manner. There are various appropriate decisions which
could be taken by the managers to overcome different challenges which arise in the
workplace. MIS is one of the fastest growing system which is used by various
corporation to make a perfect decision for the company. Example the management
can use this system to make the annual reports to achieve a sustainable
performance in the market.
KSM (Knowledge Management System)
The main benefit of this system is for the employees which are performing
their job duties and responsibilities in the workplace. The knowledge management
system helps them to use various principles to find the solutions various problems
quickly. This could improvise their productivity in an effective manner (Müller, Fay,
and Vom Brocke, 2018). The main purpose of this system is to help various
individuals to collaborate and create various innovative ideas which could be
beneficial for the organization. Using this software can effectively increase the

Advantages of Digital infrastructure are mentioned below:

best services to the customers.
Security Concerns
There are various security concerns which are increasing with the new marketing
trends. The valuable data of the users are present in the servers. The data breach can
create various difficult for the company and the users. There is negative impact on the
company (Shakhovska, and et.al. 2019). This is one of the most vital factor the
consumers could experience various difficult situations.

This is one of the greater risks which are involved in the outsourcing IT services.
The organization needs to hire the best candidates for the job position. There are new
