INTRODUCTION
Business IT refers to those activities which are done in business by using the information
technology and other technologies which are necessary for the promotion and success of the
business. The use of IT is helpful in making the business activities such as finance, marketing, H
R and Operations easy in the organization. In the business, the success is depends on its value in
the eyes of customers and in market, so by the use of information technology in the business, the
producer can easily create value of their business. It helps a lot in making the reputed image of
the organization in the market. The customers attract only towards those products and services
which they found more attractive and by the use of information technology a product or service
can be made more attractive. The evaluation of revenue, improvement in customer service,
communication within the organization and the maintaining a proper culture with in the
organization is done by the use of business information technologies.

There 5 organizational function in which the IT plays a major role. These function are as
follows:

The function of data management used the IT following ways:
Storing of Data
In this the IT helps in storing the data in an organized manner. In this the large amount of data is
stored in the minimum capacity of the computes and l;laptops which helps in maintaining all the
records and expense made in the organization within a financial year. The data is stored in PC's
which have are fast processing and have the latest innovations and technologies in it. The old
methods of maintaining the records by writing them in books of accounts or on papers are
avoided by the organizations. The reason behind this is that data collected or recorded with the
help of IT was found more accurate and secured as compared with the written data(Palattella,
and et.al., 2016).

The data is managed more effectively by the us of IT in the organizations. The data collected in
the organizations are raw and most of them are of no use. The IT helps a lot in filtering the data
and maintaining the record of all the informations and techniques which the organizations may
need in the future. The IT provides tools and techniques which will be helpful in sorting the data
and maintaining the correct record in the organization.
Assessing the Data
The IT helps in providing the assess on the data to only those people of the organization who
have the right to see the confidential and secret information of the organization(Falkner, R.,
2017).

employees of British Home Plc(Hatten, T.S., 2015).

made in the organization which will earn profit to the customers.

technology helps in giving the services online and if they need to visit the home of the

service men by which they can easily solve the problems of their customers.

organization. The chances of having mistakes regarding the credits and debits in the
accounts of the British Homes PLC reduced at a high rate(Tone, A., 2018).

government. So the organization decided to make their products and services so innovative and
attractive that they will rule the market. To support the decision made in the by the organization,
the IT sector contributed by giving all the latest features and technologies in the organization by
which they were able to make their own profits in the market(Knoke, D., 2018).
