Plc which has worldwide presence in the retail industry. The study shows various manual
systems incorporated in the workplace which will be replaced with relevant IT systems. Apart
from this, proposed IT systems are evaluated in terms of operating smoothly, enhancing
performance ans sustaining in the market. Further, about the CRM system is discussed which is
supportive for managing customer relations up to the greater level. At the end of project,
practical IT solutions are suggested to the Tesco Plc.

perform well since last three to four years. The reason is that, it considers less marketing using
