INTRODUCTION
The business IT refers to as the process through which the companies undertake the use
of information technology in order to attain the objectives of business. In this current
technologically advanced world it is very necessary for the companies to undertake and use the
latest technology. The present report will outline the analysis of different theories relating to the
development of IT Solutions. In addition to this different systems will be explain with the help of
example along with globalisation and effects of it over globalisation. Further advantages and
disadvantages of digital infrastructure will be evaluated. In the end all the risk relating to
information system and digital transformation importance will be analysed.
TASK 1
Theories relating to design and development of the IT solution
The MS Office that is Microsoft Office includes a set of different computer applications
which are used for business and office purpose. The software is very helpful for the company to
develop their business and to improve its working (Avila and Garcés, 2017). All the different
applications within the MS Office is very essential for the development of the business. The use
of land that is slogan Area Network and web based management tool was used in order to
develop team MS Office. For the effective working it is necessary for the company need to
implement the MS Office and to improve its operation.
In addition to this another IT solution is Moodle. This is a free and open-source learning
management system which is written in PHP and is also distributed under the general public
licence. This IT solution is being used for effective learning management system and to provide
a platform for e learning. In this current modern world the learning has also become digital.
Hence in order to increase the learning of the people model has been installed. The theory
applicable to model is the automated analysis tools. Along with this the data sharing tools are
also applicable to this IT Solution. This is necessary in order to share any kind of information to
any person at any place.

Explaining the different system with examples
Decision support system

The decision support system involves a set of related computer programs which are
assistive to company in collecting the data required. This assists NISA in analysing and

proper decisions of the business. The example of decision support system involves GPS routing
plan.
Executive support system
The executive support system is referred to as a type of Management support system
which helps the company in supporting the senior executive information and the need of
decision-making. This method provides an easy access to the internal and external information
relating to the organisational goal and to attain for NISA. For example the external database and
market report can be used for taking executive decisions for business.
Transaction processing system
The transaction process system is being defined as the type of information system which
collects and stores the data and also modifiers and retrieves the data for the company. This

countries are expanding their technological base as well. The effects of it over globalisation are
very positive and useful (Suyono and et.al., 2017). The reason underlying this part is that when
the trading is being done on a global basis then all the countries need to be technologically sound
and good. Hence as a result of this each and every country tried to develop their IT base and
knowledge relating to the technology. With help of the information technology NISA can trade
effortlessly and can exchange anything from one place to another across the borders. Even a lot
of money can be transferred from one place to another with just one click of mobile. And it can
be stated that the use of it has created a lot of positive impact over the globalisation and the
international business.

Advantages and disadvantages of digital infrastructure
The digital infrastructure is being defined as the various digital Technologies which
provide the base for organisations information technology. The digital infrastructure is having
the most reliable and fit for purpose phones in order to use for effectively working and
improving the efficiency of business. In the current and modern world it is very necessary for
companies to have good digital infrastructure to be in competition. In case the company is not

competitive within the highly competitive environment. Thus as a result of this another benefit
gained by the company is to have a distinct position within the intense competition. Along with

The first risk associated with the information system and its use is the hardware and
software failure. There can be different reasons through which there can be a failure of hardware
software working. This may be due to the power loss or some data interruption.
Along with this another major risk being associated with the use of information system is
the Malware or the malicious virus which can enter the system and affect the working efficiency
of the system (Yeniyurt and et.al., 2019). This can also affect the computer operations and can
affect the hardware and software of the computer.
Moreover in addition to this another drawback being associated with the use of
information system is human error. Many a time some careless data disposal or any incorrect
data entry can also affect them working of the information system. Many times opening an
infected mail can also affect the working efficiency of the computers and information system.
IT infrastructure to be critical to digital transformation
The digital transformation is being defined as the process through which the company
uses the digital technology for creating new and better business. In the current modern business
world it is necessary that company undertakes the use of effective digital transformation. In case
the company will not be working and digitally good environment then this can affect the working

efficiency of Business. And in order to attain a digital transformation it is very necessary for
company to undertake good IT infrastructure. The IT infrastructure relates to the components
which is necessary for operating and managing the Enterprise in the IT environment. There are
many different types of infrastructure which is very necessary for the company to work on the

hardware, software, networking tools, routers, data centres, personal computers, VPN and many
