INTRODUCTION
In the current modern era, for effectively running the business in entire competition
market place, government regulated and enacted some rules and regulations, which all are have
to be followed by over all business persons behind this major motive is to provide safety and
security regarding any type problems and issues. Legal rules are categorised as per the sectors, so
all person's having some rights and powers to take corrective action regarding any unethical
situation. According to the Sales product Act, it is a major duty of all marketers is to provide
better quality of services and products to customers as per their requirements so they can get
proper satisfaction towards their needs and wants. In this research project will be discussed
about different types of legal rules and some effective remedies for sellers and buyers. There will
be explained about actual duties and responsibilities of a persons in products sale department.
TASK 1
1.1 Legal regulations of Sale of product Act
As per this act, sellers unit of measurement responsible to provide product associated

having an right to sue the case on that. Along with this, if one party does not pay actual
decided amount to other occasion so that can effectively sue the case. Fro example: A and
