Alternate dispute resolution system is the process which helps in solving dispute outside
the court. Further the process makes common point of agreement formed between parties without

through applying various process like negotiation, conciliation, mediation and arbitration that is
used regarding dispute in more effective manner. The very first process is negotiation in this
meeting is held between parties through an negotiator making both parties come to common
