certain circumstances, Roberta need to set certain circumstances in which consumer need to
develop possession and consider extra activities with the financial services. It will help to create
proper services and development of products in systematic manner. Furthermore, Plaza and
Myers need to concentrate on the some extra benefits through they can maintain loyalty of
Roberta towards the business (Bourke and Lucadou-Wells, 2015).
CONCLUSION
In order to focus on the present report, it is based on the business law of Australian company
law. In respect to consider focus on the case study, it determines problems that face by Roberta
during its purchasing from Plaza and Myers. Furthermore, it helps to analysis the issues and
problems that could be occur in the enterprise to deal with different customers. In respect to
make proper outcomes and results, it develop systematic work performances in the business
environment.
