Service Contract
The Agreement is developed between
a) The company “AEC Inc.” which have its registered office situated at 75,
Whitecourt- T7S, Alberta, Canada (mentioned as the employer for the purpose of
this agreement)
And
Stacey James aged 28 years R/o 31A, Rocky View, T1Z, Alberta, Canada
(hereinafter mentioned as the employee)
The relationship of employer and employee will be decided based on following clauses
b) Designation of Employee
Employee will be designated on the position of Human Resource Manager
c) Duties of Employee
The employee would have the following duties
To Hire the new talent for the organization
To Provide training to the present as well as new employees
To Manage Professional Development program
To maintain the good work culture
To resolve the employer to employee and employee-to-employee conflict.

To manage and plan rewards and incentives
To do all the necessary things which are required to perform the
aforementioned duties
d) Experimentation Period
The employment of employee will be on confirmed after 2 months of joining.
e) Holidays
One casual and two sick leave per month is granted to employee
Two half days per month shall be granted.
f) Pay
In the form of fix remuneration, employee will receive 625 Canadian
dollars a month
If employee would give exrtra working hours to employer then the same
shall be eligible to reveive additional pay as per the remunation payment
policy of the company
g) Additional Perks
Employee is eligible to get 50 candaian dollars as petrol expenditure from
employer
Employor shall proivde the safeguard to the life of employee by arranging
life insuarance plan
Employee is entitled to get the all medical expenditure reimbursed
h) Yearly Appraisal

Employee shall receive an annual appraisal based on her performance during
the last year.
i) Termination
Both of the parties i.e. employer and employee are eligible to terminate
this employment contract by submitting 20 days advance notice in written
to other party.
Employer can terminate this contract anytime without fulfilling the
requirement of advance notice mentioned in the previous point
At the event of termination of employment, employee shall have
responsibility to return the assets that belongs to employer.
j) Laws
The agreement shall be govern by the provisions of law of the provenience of
Ontario.
k) Extensiveness
The agreement is complete in nature and covers all the aspects and terms
related to this employment. It means no other written or oral communication will
be consider further and this agreement shall work as a complete document
containing everything related to the subjective relationship of employer and
employee.
l) Severability
The agreement would remain in force until one or more term of the same will be
held impossible to perform. Further, if any one or more term will be held
