PERSONAL STATEMENT

Business law provide the legal guidance to the individual and facilitates the norms,
policies and procedures to operate the firm. I always have the keen interest in getting the
theoretical knowledge about the business law. That I come on to a decision to take a degree from
any university and learn about how the laws are beneficial in getting a good knowledge and what
are the legal methods to do business. As I have many interests in various subjects but I preferred
to choose the law or business related degree as to build my academic career. As per my
preference towards the law is because I enjoy reading and understanding this subject, the
complexities and concrete nature of this subject makes me curious about gaining more
information in details and I think I can build a great career in it.
Apparently the law is the subject where I have interest from my childhood. As I have
attended various seminars and classes where I have been awarded for my best knowledge and
performance. Now I want to gain as much knowledge as I will be able to gain. My family and
friends were also be very supportive as they know my area of interest. They motivated me and
showed up the list of best law universities in UK. These universities and the educational
institutions are providing the best teaching facilities with the help of various experienced
professors.
Law is the subject which is based on the past experiences and the timely changes required
in the business and its functioning. The rules and regulations that allows the owners to operate
the business by adopting the fair market policies. It reflects the various sections that will help an
individual to take corrective action against any fraud. I always wanted to get the best of the
knowledge about these subjects. It starts with how a business can be started and there must be
preparation of the various memorandum of association, articles of associations which reflects the
informations about the policies and methods of operating by the organisations. The information
is consists all the details about the directors, managers, employees of the firm and there product
line. These are the rules which are set by the government of UK in the context of business law.
My experiences related with the my interest for working in any business and serve the
best. I have worked at the departmental store during my summer vacations an has gain the
practical knowledge about how to handle a staff, how to manage the supply of products, how to
provide information to the buyers. I have observed the functioning of a business and have also
suggested the changes that need to be done by them. I have made many variations in their

operating or dealing with the consumers and distributors. The changes in the environment of the
workplace and also advised them how they can increase the employee's work potential. My
performances were appreciated there and I have good response from the owners of that
departmental stores. I believe that I can make changes and suggest the innovative ideas that will
help the organisations in better functioning. Now a days there is requirements of the highly
talented and skilled workers that they will enhance the strength of the firm.
I have suggested many business that how they can use promotional strategies that will be
helpful for them in achieving the good volume of consumer demands. The advertising and
marketing plays main role in generating large number of buyers and also creates the brand image
or identity that will help the consumers to easily recognise the products of the particular brands.
For the financial organisations I have advised them that how they can maximise the profits or
generate revenue of the firm with the help of acquiring various cost techniques to lower down the
expenses of the firm and make improvements in producing the good quality products at the
convenient prices. In the business law there is theoretical information about hoe the government
of UK implied the taxes over pricing of the products.
After the completion of my studies and I will get the degree of the business law. My
motivation is to start a business with the highly talented and skilled workers. I have to learn how
could I manage my workforce and how could I rise their performance. These can be beneficial in
obtaining the better knowledge that will help in future to run a successful business. My past
experiences in the about working in a store I have taken my responsibility very serious and took
the favourable decisions for my workers and they have appreciated my work and respected me
for that. I think I can bring the revolution in the business operational activities and adopt the fair
marketing policies for the promotion of products. I think my further studies in the university for
this subject will enhance my understanding and motivate me to develop my skills. I want to be a
successful business man with highly reputed business. My goals can be achieved by the
completion of my law degree. The legal functioning of the organisation plays the main role in
obtaining the reputation in the market and that will be beneficial in gaining the better goodwill
power. I will make changes in the methods of employments as I will develop the techniques of
recruiting the highly motivated and enthusiastic staff with a good knowledge of technology. I
will make my premises advanced in the best infrastructure facilities and the refreshment facilities

to the workers. The employees are to be benefited with the best allowances provided to them
which includes the travel allowance, educational allowances for their children, house or rent
allowance that will be beneficial in obtaining their satisfaction with the organisation. I will create
the atmosphere in my business that there will be no communication barriers the employees can
easily contact with their seniors and can share their feelings without any hesitation. These all
knowledge can be gain by the proper learning and understanding the laws.
