out conclusion of cases.

The main issue that are required to be effectively consider in this case is that, the key
important regulations as well as laws that are needed to be followed during the time of contract
formation. In addition to this, it is also required to be duly understand that whether agreed
agreement legally binds siblings or not.

Further it has been identified that in the above mentioned lawsuit fiduciary relation was

Yes, as per the above case if Ali sue Charlie for a breach of contract then she will win the

No, if the Police Department sues Nick for the reward, Nick will not win in court as for
the special demands that has been duly asked by Nick from police include due charges. While, in

In relation with the case, if The DVD store sues Lizzie for breach of contract
(common law), they will not undertake undertake charge of $140 as it duly
overrules the law. As per in accordance with law of DVD hire industry it is the
only obligation of Lizzie to pay $10 as for the breach of contract

Yes, if Tori sues the dry cleaners then she will win the case because it was the
responsibility of dry clear to handle the cloth with care. Although, agreement was signed but still
it doesn't means that responsibility to take care of products ends after the formation of
agreement (If your clothes have been lost or damaged by a dry cleaner, 2019).

The main issue which is duly arising in the case is that Sandra puts a blame on Mr. Smith
for the bad performance of copier that has been purchased by her. It in it has been identified by
Sandra that Parts of the copier have fallen off and cracks have appeared in the glass. For this she
blame Mr. Smith for the suggestion that has been take by her.

According to the some of the certain Victorian Sales of Goods Act 1958 section, it has
been identified that it is the due obligation of buyer to have proper understanding of the product

product.

No, Sandra does not have any rights against Smith’s in relation with copier. As he only
gave suggestion to Sandra related to making a purchase (Mikami, K., 2016). In this sole

purchase. Along with this, it has been identified that suing Mr. Smith does not make any of the

any individual in each and every situation whenever they entering into any commercial market.
In addition to this, it has been identified that if any party enter into a contract then it is essential
for them to abide all obligations as if they fail in any condition then it may lead them towards
