 Job title- Senior Conveyancer

 My role is of a senior conveyancer. I have to assist the organization in terms of the legal
proceedings. I have to prepare, examine and then advertise the sale of properties and
business. Mortgage documentation will also be carried on by me. I will have to make sure
that all the documentations are made without any kinds of errors. I will also be in charge
of maintaining the legal files. My prior role will be preparing, maintaining and also
conveying the legal documents to and from the company and its clients.
 As a Conveyancer, I will have to follow the code of legislation that I would have to
follow are
Conveyancers Act 1994
 According to this act, I will have to ensure that all the clients are getting proper and
detailed information on the sale of the property like business and land.
Regulation to be followed
The amended Regulations 2008 on the regulations to be followed by conveyances talk
about the regulations to be followed
To act honesty and in a fair, justified manner in case of each and every legal transaction

Flexibility and communication-As a Conveyancer, I will have to communicate with all
the clients and understand their issues. Without a flexible and free approach the clients
will not be able to reach out and express their concerns.
Communication is also of utmost importance as it will help in understanding and
concerns of my clients and solve them easily.
 My reporting line is the Supervisor Conveyancer and the team of law expert
 Michael Page Constructions use the following software for their work-

 Matter Centre
 Info Track
 This job is advertised for a full-time position
 The files are to be read, analyzed and then completed from start to the finish. This will
ensure that there is no error in the whole process.
 I would have to talk to the banks. This is an important financial institution that would
help in getting the necessary loans for any developmental purpose. The solicitor and the
broker are needed for the purpose of giving legal advice regarding the maintenance of the
laws.
 The company wants me to start within the coming month that is 1th of May, 2019
 The salary package that they are offering is 70,000 - 80,000 p.a.

al. 2018).
 Short term activities
 Interacting with my co-workers to develop communication skill-I will undertake
daily communication sessions so that I can work over my communication skill
and get to know about the issues raised by all my clients and co workers.
 Long term activities
 Work over my patience level-In order to work as a senior conveyance I will have
to maintain a calm and cool mind. I will have to deal with many complicated legal
issues. Thus I have to deal with these issues in a very calm and organized manner.
