Introduction
Business laws are the laws that has been used in order to make
short that and business organization has been formed in more
organized manner. These laws has been found in order to
provide rules and regulation which helps in regulation of
business organization. Business law is wider scope since it can
impact functioning of an organization. These laws are dynamic
in nature since it impacts the working of business
organization.

Different kinds of Business Organizatiosn
Sole proprietorship: these are the most common kinds of
organizations which is been formed in order to do business. In
this all kind of activities is taken by owner and holds all the
responsibility of the business with liability of debts also. Such
persons are known is named as sole proprietor and have
responsibility of business with profit and loss shares.
