Business laws are the laws that has been used in order to make
short that and business organization has been formed in more
organized manner. These laws has been found in order to
provide rules and regulation which helps in regulation of
business organization. Business law is wider scope since it can
impact functioning of an organization. These laws are dynamic
in nature since it impacts the working of business
