INTRODUCTION
Business laws and ethics makes an business organization to be developed in appropriate
manner. Ethics are those rules and regulations that makes discipline and order maintained within
workplace. Ethics makes an organization help upon different process which helps in completion
of task with more effectiveness. Ethical issues is that kind of problems in which different process
within an organization. These problems is been impacting over making two opinion through
particular project within the similar time. In this problem is been impacting ethical code of
conduct to be produced within an organization. Ethical code of conduct is been discussed which
focuses upon patters in an organization. Scope of ethics is wider in nature which makes pattern
developed upon working in an organization. Nature of ethics is dynamic in nature which makes
business environment to be improved. In this individual report an case study is given with
questions to be developed over ethical code of conduct.

MAIN BODY
Case study: In the given vase scenario it has to be observed that Linda is working as a
accountant assistant in an local retail organization. She is not able to communicate the work
which makes her irregular for work and since six months she is under probation period. As she
was working within organisation it is been notice by her that fraud is been committed by Chief
accountant Charles who interviewed and offered her job.(Surdam, D.G., 2020). Linda reported
matter to Heather and the matter was ignored by him. After some days while going back to home
she saw that both Charles and Heather together at an bar. Linda pretended that notice which later
on made Heather brought topic in joking way in the office. They also tried to buy Heather and
Charles in attempt to this she was invited at local wine bar. Also Charles gave her check of 20k
euro which made buying of car possible. On her birthday Charles turned up and gave her surprise
and gave her gift with ticket before leaving the home. The tickets were of Spain. Some week
later organization went in administration and questions were rose upon fraud which made Linda
to be involved within it.
