INTRODUCTION
Business law or commercial law is considered as body or framework of law that governs
or protect the business or processes that are used by the organization in business processes. This
is mainly considered as the branch of civil law that deals with various issues of private and
public law. This laws are mainly known as factors that can regulate the corporate contract, hiring
and recruitment and selection processes and sales and manufacturing process of the business
organization. Business laws can be defined as branch of law that is consists of laws that are
related to the trading process, industrial and commercial processes (Beatty, Samuelson and Abril,
2018). This is considered as one of the most important branch of Civil Law. This report is
providing overview of different sources of law in UK. The role of government in law making
process will be analysed in the study along with explanation of statutory and common low in
country. The impact of employment and contract law will be analysed on business of an
organization. Business organization are structures on basis of different legal structures. These
legal structures will be analysed in report. The process of managing and funding business
organization will be studied in study. Various legal solutions also will be provided in the report
that are used by the business organization on basis of their case study.

P1 Various Sources of Law
There are different sources of law are considered in United Kingdom. There is no any
specific written law is followed in UK. There are different parts of the law in UK that are
followed in different part of the country. There are four main sources of Law considered for
main law of UK. These main source of law are- Legislation, Common Law, European Union
Law and European Convention on Human Rights. All these sources of law are followed in U
nited Kingdom.
Domestic Legislation- Legislation includes both primary and secondary legislation. The primary
legislation that is considered in the legislation is passed by debating in parliament that include
the government censored bills and bills that are proposed by private members of parliament. This

process where judges tries to apply law that is common all around the country. This law is also

administrated by the common law in the courts of the England from the middle ages. The cases
that are considered in this process are considered as case study that can be used by the
organization to develop base for other cases that are observed in the court in different part of
country.
European Union Law - The European Union Law is considered as system of various rules and
regulations between the members of the European Union. Main aim of these law in organization
is considered as law that is formed to maintain peace between different countries of European
Union. This law is consists of various values and considerations that are implemented for the
well - being of people in European Union. There are different political institutions, economic
policies social policies which are developed for the purpose of human development and
cooperation between the different countries of European Union.
European Convention on Human Rights- This law is formed to protect the human rights of
people of the countries which are part Europe Union of belongs to the European Uion. There sre
total 47 member of council are there including United Kingdom (Yu, 2018). This Law is formed
to maintain or fulfill rights of people along with fundamental freedom of people in country.
This is how there are these four main sources of law in Uk that are considered by the
Legal body to maintain better conditions in United Kingdom. This is how the law of UK is
formed of four different sources which are used in country to maintain law and order in all
situations.
