INTRODUCTION
Business law have been referring as the significant aspects in order to run the business as it is
helpful in keeping the business activities safe and secures in order to accomplish the goals in the
efficient manner (Bell, 2018). The present study will have the discussion of various sources of
making law which have the clear aim decreasing the illegal activities such as frauds, crimes and
making a safe country. Lastly, it will discuss formation methods of different types of
organizations like partnership, company etc.

Critical evaluation of legal system and law
This have the system with proper consistency of the several rules and regulations. This is
important to keep themselves safety against the any level of legal action and lawsuit for the
business, every country have he own legal stems and rules in differ manners which is need to be
followed by the peoples of that countries. In the context of UK, have the consisting of the 4
countries that’s is England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. O the other hand, there are
some laws replicable with slight variation (Bishop, 2019). As the consideration of the
example’s European convention of human rights as in the year of 1998 it became and passed in
the UK via which the European convention of human rights was incorporated. In contradiction,
there have been comprising of 2 separate house which are The House of Lords and the house of
common which help in the formation of the separate legal houses and government imposed the
different state activities.
Different sources of law
There are several laws which have protecting the peoples and different business activities
against any type of lawsuit and illegal activities.
Human right law: This have been developed and imposed in manner of protecting the right of
consumer. as the people of country have the right to protect themselves against any legal
activities such as against fraud, crimes or any type of illegal acts.
Legislation: This is among the import law created by legislature in order to gives the rights or
order to create the laws the legal systems have House of Lord and House of common are known
as important 2 parties which have the power to pass to being apply 2 parties (Curto, 2018).
There is approximates 8000 members in the house of lords. Have the responsibility to have right
in tasking participations in developing the laws in perfect manner.

European Union law- UK have been important apart for the European Union. This law has
been applicable automatically on UK. This have been freeing not finds their fool of regulation.
After Brexit, UK is being free as it is not bind to follow regulations made by the EU.
Case law- This law has been followed by the England and wales which are 2 important countries
of the UK. It can be developed as the common law
Equity- this have the major responsibility providing proving the air level of decisions which
hews in equity and safety of aggrieve party.
Roles of government in making law along with its application in the justice court
There has ben the series level of step such as
Bill – This have been the new law and draft or proposal in the Lord of house Common
First reading - proposed bill have been passed out to the chambers in the Lord of House of
Common for first reading (Cornforth, 2020).
Second reading- this have the critical analysis of the report by discussing in detailed manners in
order to make it effective.
Committee stage- This have the reviewing by the MP or peers along we have the detailed
intromission of the bill for making best decision.
Final reading- This is stage of firm acceptance and the rejection on the bias of the majority of
votes for the final decision.

There are considered to be the four ways in which the business have been setup as there
development in term of sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, and limited liability
company or LLC.
Sole Proprietorship
This is the simplest level of busines having the less requirements of the social security and
necessary social security which are necessary to have level of permits and licence. In this
business theory can jeopardize their own personal assists as the business is facing any level of
financial issues.
Partnership
This is business which runs in partnership having been fairly simple and inexpensiveness have
the won set of tax and liability issues (Connolly and Jackman, 2017). This have the hiring the

Corporation
This have the separate legal entity for the protection of the legal actions. This have gat deal of
security and helps in accountability for the respective action.
