INTRODUCTION
Business law is consist of various norms, policies, rules and regulations that is imposed
on entire corporate world in order to run an organization in ethical manner. Their main objective
is to prevent innocent people from getting misused and exploitative activities. However, legal
bodies are involved in amending best legitimate acts for assisting staff members towards
corrective path (Bebchuk and Jackson, 2012) . Business future is a consultant firm whose main
motive is to encourage new start-ups towards expansion process so that they can come up with
creative thoughts and ideas. Country pine is sole trade organization which is engaged in
designing furniture and trying to expand their business in different regions by getting motivated
through the advice of Business Future Ltd. Initially, report is showing some of the major sources
of laws and eminent role that is played by governing bodies while designing law. Furthermore,
assignment is also throwing lights on various legal solutions which is adopted by corporate
companies while running business entity.
TASK 1
P1 Sources of law
English legal system is designed by European government for coming fraudulent
activities which take place in market area as well the same involves major laws. Including all
these, it also decrease problems which comes in business organisation and safe innocent peoples
from getting exploited. Generally, English legal system is divided into two different parts: civil
and criminal law. Both of them are distinct from each other in several aspects explanation of
these are given below:-
ï‚· Civil law:- under the civil laws day to day or any other private issues are resolved in this
department. For instance, issues related with corporate companies and many more.
ï‚· Criminal law:- On the other hand, criminal acts involves exploitations, harassment or
any other immortal activities. All these problems are present in juridical court (Law,
2016) .
Thus, from above it has been understood that these both laws are different from each
other but in some situations it is same because their major objective is to reduce frauds from
market area by implementing several norms, laws and legislations. Apart from this, there are

various origins of laws which play vital role at global place. Some major laws are given below
with their explanation :-
 Constitution – Rules and regulations for entire society is formed by parliament of
particular nation. When some issues raised at that time member of general assembly get
enforced to enact law. Thus it means, sometime leading rights of fundamental law are
also become a major reason for amending any helpful acts. Beside this, England
constitution is seen as unwritten and famed as common law.
ï‚· Case Law :- Numerous activities and misinterpretation incurred at community place
which can arise problem for common people in living individuals life. For reducing that
problems or issues legal authorities get encouraged for coming up with some unique
ideas of limitation to enforce some important acts on overall nation. For instance, now a
days harassment cases are increasing men's are becoming cruel which is giving wide
impact on life of females (Hammond, 2012) . In this situation legal bodies are involved in
forming an appropriate norms and laws for facilitating women's with appropriate services
to protect them from any misuse.
Apart from this, there are several sources founded in market area which play important
role in establishing peaceful surroundings. These sources are articles of association,
memorandum of association etc.
P2 Role of government in law making
Governing bodies are playing important role in forming appropriate norms and laws at societal
place in respect to regulate exploratory activities for carry off things in better manner. Moreover,
members of general assembly are also participating in the whole procedure because their consent
are also compulsory for passing any act. Generally, single purpose get raised in parliament which
afterwards become a bill and then overall reading take place for that bill only. As well important
readings are expressed as given below:-
 First reading – First and foremost, bills are arrives at general assembly the further
discussion take place about it. In this phase bills was presented or discussed in front of
everyone as well read it first time.
 Second reading – Secondly, bill was debated by each and every MPs understanding
main agenda or purpose of the bills. Apart from this in respect of it voting process also

time (Besley, 2015) .
 Committee Stage – Now its time to analyse or scrutinize entire bill in the committee
stage for determining deep knowledge of that particular bill. Although, specialist person
play major role in this stage examining the overall agenda which is required for
converting into act.
 Report Stages – in this stage effective report is formed where proper amendments are
taking place with appropriate debating procedure.
 Third reading – At this stage bill are re-proposed for further discussion and vote in front
of house of common. So that, it will be identify that bill will be decline or accepted.
 Last stage – In the last stage, it is the time to get permission from monarch to act out the
bill at market area. This means final stage is related to taking final decision for
implementing particular laws across social place.
Above mention are the stage of implementing bills and act related to any particular topic.

P3 Impact of employment and contract law on business
As per the given case study Country Pine is getting busy in expanding their company
across the international market area for gaining maximum revenue by fulfilling needs and wants
of different customers (Allen, 2017) . Although, for managing business in several company
outlets there is requirement of hiring eligible and best employees at working area. Which must be
focusing on designing appropriate plan or process for their business operation in better way.
Employees are important part of company for growth and development of company because
entire working of organisation is totally depended on working of staff members. Apart from this,
there are several acts and laws which is given by legal bodies for development of employees in
order to satisfying their needs and wants in particular time period. Some major laws related to
employees and contract law are mention below:-
 Equal Remuneration act – This act was announced in 1976 as well according to this,
organisation have to offer better opportunities to their staff members for encouraging and
motivating them towards the pre determined goals and objectives. Although, it promote
equality within entire firm for building peaceful working environment. Remuneration is

given to personnel according to their work in the association. This act result in creating
health and positive relationship between employees and their employers.
 Health and Safety Act – Their is requirement of healthy and safe working environment
in company. So that it will motivate and encourage staff members to achieve setted
targets in better manner. Several effective schemes is implemented in enterprise like :
medical facility to come out from different issues related to medical, first aids, well
settled equipments and tools for control any misshapenness (Trevino and Nelson, 2016) .
 Equal wages act – When employees are hired it is responsibility of company to give
them minimum salary at workplace. So that, their basic needs and wants can be fulfilled.
As well respective enterprise is expanding their business across international boundaries
for establishing goodwill in market area.
From the above information it has been analysed that company have to implement each
and every aspect in their working for its smooth running as well creating health and safe
relationship within employees and enterprise. As per the case study of UBER it has been
identified that there was a case take place earlier in between their employee Aslam and UBER.
Because respective enterprise is not providing facilities which is important for every staff
member this is the reason of disputes which occur within enterprise and its workers. Thus, from
this case it has been understood that, Country Pine have to focus on each and every employees as
well make sure that their needs and wants are getting fulfilled. So workers perform their work in
better manner and health working environment can be created in the working area.

Country Pine is sole trade organization which are involved in manufacturing furniture
with marvellous quality which automatically influenced the various types of customers.
According to given scenario Business Future Ltd. is a consultancy firm whose main objective is
to suggest start-ups towards expansion process and motivate them to come up with creative items
for generating maximum revenue (Laro and Pratt, 2011) . Throughout the assessment of Country
Pine financial report it is identified that an organization is a cash rich and having maximum
amount of funds due to which they can easily establish their image at marketplace. As a result,
manager of an association is trying to expand their business from distinct regions as well as

understanding each or every aspects in better manner. In fact, it helps in minimizing possibilities
of mistakes and errors which may hamper the overall business as well as maximize the workload.
Main objective of legitimate bodies is to create a nation free from any exploitative activities by
preventing each or every member from wrongful conducts. Their agenda is to use suitable tools
and acts for overcoming distinct issues which is encountered by an association while running
limited organization. For example; number of acts are identified which are used by organization

running an enterprise is also mentioned in the legal norms which is beneficial for selected firm
while converting organization. Their main motive is to grab the opportunities which is presented
at marketplace for maximizing their income level. Some of the major option that is given by
legitimate bodies is; need to follow major policies, rules and regulations of limited organization,
employment act and so on (Dunning, 2013) .

gain maximum return on their investment. Expansion of organization is not an easy task due to

element which is introduced by legal bodies for reducing conflicting situations. It helps in
determining all the hidden elements for understanding each or every aspects due to which
disputes might incurred between several members (Bently and Sherman, 2014) . Some of the
major components that are used by company for using as per specific situation are discussed as
follows:-
Negotiation:- According to this element both the parties whomsoever are involved in a
conflicting condition needs to come closer for clearing all the doubts and issues by themselves.
Their main motive is to minimize the cost of any mediator as well as safeguard the time period of
other member. In fact, this method is used by small organization those who are not able to afford
any mediator as well as having minimum time period for attaining business goals.
