INTRODUCTION
Legal laws are playing a major role in protecting innocent people from dangerous effects
and exploitative activities. As per the media report Western Australian is facing numerous of
problems regarding fines due to emergence of fire at society (Cassese and et. Al., 2011). As a
result number of legitimate problems are identified which have a major impact on entire
community. Therefore assignment is going to highlight issue which is raised in Western
Australia and its outcomes. Significance of laws in specific media report and role of council is
also outlining in this project.
1. Area of law and its relevancy to report
It is indispensable to apply law on distinct situation because it help society in various
complicated situations by resolving issues in appropriate way. According to given scenario
governing bodies are charging fines with landowners due to fire because it may hamper the life
of others. Thus as per the report around 840 fines are charged by them in western Australia.
Thus, tort law might used as well as advisory bodies demand money for recovering specific
damages’ which occurred due to fire. Corporations law is applied on this scenario due to the
major role which is played by governmental bodies in order to overcome this situation in an
appropriate manner as well as trying to protect society from danger.

type of acts which is applicable on distinct situations by playing their significant functions

criminal penalties that these landowners are facing. This can convicted the parties to face 5 year
jail imprisonments. There united fire-fighter will likewise use their knowledge of every law in
order to reduce their implied responsibility to the company. In respect to reduce their liabilities
under the mentioned contract they need to have proper understanding of all legal rule and laws
related with fire-fighter.

It has been seen that role of media’s ability is to changes hearts and perception
throughout their presentation of data which is both effective and dangerous. The inherent
