Law is created for betterment and development of society. This body of ode and conduct have

enforcing many controlling authorities situated in country's law. This law is created by parliament
and no other legal body can over rule its final judgement. These laws are created to punish people
with wrong intentions and actions and protect innocent victims by giving them compensation to
ease their issues. This is created for protecting and making people avoid any illegal work which
will cause harm to society and the environment of business.

explained briefly:
1. Sole proprietorship: This types of partnership needs to be taken seriously by one

working but no decision for company will be taken by them.
