Question 1
The business leaders can grow their business strategically once they start to protect the
environment as the investors as well as the society associated with the business are also required to
respond to the environment (Guerrero, 2017). The role of the business leader is to assess the external
environment carefully by scrutinizing and scanning the environment in detail. Since the
environmental challenges appear to be the challenging and the spatial, it is the duty of the leaders to
scan the environment carefully to diagnose any threat prevailing (Grayson & Hodges, 2017).
The business leaders must set the clear priorities so that they can understand the needs of the

as the fluctuations are of high level and there should be the proper connection between the leadership
and the actions to get the better results (Siyech, 2017).
