INTRODUCTION
Business skills is very essential to attain effective leadership and gain better market share.
Leadership in businesses can only be achieved when the organization has potential available
resources and effective strategies to exploit those resources in order to increase profit margins.
Effective skills and knowledge is required in the human resources of the business to develop
effective activities to achieve objectives effectively. This report has detailed study about
different challenges and benefits faced by organization in implementing corporate social
responsibility effectively. Report discuses the strengths and weakness of the market research to
conduct CSR by analysing operation and behavioural patterns of employees of organization.
Key Elements of Corporate Social Responsibility
Corporate social responsibility is social model of a business which hep to satisfy
stakeholders of the company and improve the goodwill to earn more profits. CSR are activities of
business which helps to increase the social accountability of business organization to increase
brand value in market. Business which are having positive values towards society and
environment conducts CSR which also helps to communicate the vision and ethical values to its
stakeholder effectively (Beard, Schweiger and Surendran, 2019). HANDAL is the Multinational
company which deals in consumer goods with the helps of its effective distribution channels.
Company its Corporate social responsibility in UK and Spain to increase its market share in both
countries. Company needs to analyse all the key elements of CSR to design effective strategy
which helps to increase profitability of the company by increasing brand value in both the market
effectively. As Spain is developing country which have the potential to provide better
opportunity for the company to grow and increase market share effectively.
CSR Strategies
It is very essential to evaluate all the market factors to formulate effective CSR of
HANDAL company in the market (Wiewiora and Kowalkiewicz, 2019). This is the key element
of the CSR which help to develop effective strategic planning after evaluating available
resources which help to increase the potential of the company effectively. HANDAL needs to
analyse potential executive employees which have the skills and knowledge to support these
activities to achieve its objectives. These employees are responsible to provide addition
documents which showcase the vision and objectives of CSR on company's performance.

CSR Management System
In this stage company has to develop effective management system which helps to
facilitate all the activities systematically and increase the efficiency of CSR of HANDAL
company. Employees are responsible to integrate all the managerial policies with the CSR
activities to increase the efficiency of the CSR of the company. By formulating management
system the company will become more effective in understanding all the function which are
having issues which can be solved by using the strategies and motivated techniques within the
business organization effectively (Harrison, 2017). HANDAL will develop effective
management teams which have required skills and knowledge about CSR activities and also
helps to increase the potential of the company effectively. This helps the company to determine
all the external factors in the market before conducting CSR. Communication channel needs to
be developed to provide information to all the stakeholders on CSR activities.
CSR Reporting
After formation of teams and management system company need to provide effective
information to all the stakeholders in both t5he countries which helps the company to understand
the quality of activities and its success rates. This also helps HANDAL to evaluate the
satisfaction level of stakeholders after reporting the documents of CSR activities. This is very
difficult activity to provide effective communication all the stakeholder and provide all the
factors to ensure transparency effectively (Ali, Frynas and Mahmood, 2017). As the HANDAL is
operating in two different cultural background countries it is very difficult to form effective
communication channel to satisfy their stakeholders. Consumer products need to be improved in
order to increase the potential of the company and increase customer awareness about CSR
activities to increase customer base and profit margins effectively.
Stakeholder Engagement and Communication
Stakeholder engagement and communication is the crucial aspect of CSR of HANDAL in
UK and Spain to increase the potential brand value of the company to improve profit margins
and opportunities to grow in other markets effectively. As communication will help the company
to make them understand all the factors effectively. There are many factors which helps the
company to increase its communication in CSR activities like loyal customers help to increase
the marketing activities. HANDAL also needs to adopt effective technology to provide clear
information of all the CSR activities in the market effectively this also maintain eh quality of the

operation to generate higher profit margins (Edinger-Schons and et.al., 2019). Internal
communication also increase the jib satisfaction of employees to increase the efficiency of
company to achieve its objectives in both the countries effectively.
TUCK MAN THEORY-
Forming- forming theory consider a particular place where the team of organization meet with
each other first time and introduced yourself with other people. Every team member exchange
about information of their interest, hobbies, family, background, and experience. They learn new
things during the projects. From day to day activity they understand their work in which they
understood what is the role in a team and what is the goals of project (Zhen, 2017). During the
forming stage team goes on growth stage it is necessary for team leader that he provide the clear
cut goal and direction of project.
Storming- In this stage group start to sort itself and gain the trust of other member. People start
to push the boundaries and start to complete with each other for acceptance their idea. With the
guideline of leaders they learnt how to solve problem. They keep different opinion on what
should be done form project of team.
Norming- When the team goes in norming stages, leader must not be involved for solving any
problem, for guiding the and any decision-making responsibility. There is team will be self
directed and solve problem itself.
Performing — In the performing stage team area functioning in a high stage it only focuses is on
how to react the goal with the team but there is possibility that team may return to another stage
if one people are working independently. Good performing team would be highly motivated to
go the job done.
Adjourning-In this stage project come on end stages and the team member divert in different
direction(Crunk,2018). Team leader ensure that it's time to celebrate for the project succession
and getting the best activity for future or provide opportunities to say good bye and best wishes
with other team member for other any future project.
Team Reflection
My team included all the elements in the organization to develop effective management
strategies (Rahman, Rodríguez-Serrano and Lambkin, 2017). With the implementation of

Tuckman's group development model helps my team to understand all the factors as the team
became more effective in understanding and evaluating factors which are present in UK and
Spain market. This helps my team to develop effective objectives to achieve CSR activities of
HANDAL company. Due to increase in environmental concerns in global market it is very
essential for my team to understand all environmental policies which can impact the CSR
activities of the company. One of the major factor which impact CSR activities were language
barriers and cultural differences which reduced efficiency of my tea as well. According to my
group research it was analysed that due to change in customer behaviour the demand for healthy
products and environment friendly products has increased this also provided effective
opportunity to company by innovating and inventing new products which also increase
awareness of customers with the help of CSR campaigns and improve market share of the
company to increase customer perceived value to increase brand value. This will helps the
company to grow in different countries and inventing effectively. My team also helps the
company to determine the social upliftment by providing free products to poor section of the
country which also helps the company to increase its brand value. Due to implementation of
team development model I increased the efficiency of my team to formulate effective team
structure and assign roles and responsibilities to reduces disputes. Company also used digital
communication to increase the efficiency to communicate with the stakeholders this also helped
me to focus on other activities of the company and gain better profit margins effectively. This
also help the team to develop better decision-making by using digital tools to gain better
information in formulating strategic planning for CSR effectively.
Strengths and Weakness of CSR Activities
Strength
I feel that the corporate service responsibility (CSR) policy currently implemented at
HANDAL by its management aids in enhancing the company's brand, productivity, profitability
and values. In my opinion, the corporate service responsibility implemented at HANDAL by its
administration, enhances the company's brand image and perception in the market amongst its
competitors, because it gives transparency in decision-making process. This effectively results in
an improvement in the financial performance of the business as large number of customers start
believing in the organization's products and their services as result enhances their buying

behaviour (Hadjimanolis, 2017). This effectively increases HANDAL's productivity and
profitability. I feel that implementation of corporate service responsibility policies by
HANDAL's administration is an easy step towards building customer's loyalty on organization's
performance. Corporate service responsibility enhance organization performance in different
markets such as supermarket, hypermarket. Organization easy to win trust of society due to
develop high sustainable product that reduces pollution within country. HANDAL organization
easy to gain competitive advantage due to adaption of CSR policies. Additionally, it leads
diversity of employee's and customers at workplace that automatically enhance working
efficiency. CSR helps organization to sell recycled products rather than introducing new
products. Overall it reduces operational cost that directly decline cost of products and leads high
productivity at workplace. I feel HANDAL should focus on safety and product quality while
recycling products on regular basis.
Weakness
In my opinion, CSR initiatives gives negative impact on organization performance due to
poor communication between public and population. Lack of communication causes most of the
people unaware or less interesting to know that company contributes for society, economy and
country (Kim, 2019). Various companies keeps less transparency while adapting CSR activities
that automatically reduces trust of other potential customers. I feel it requires high funds for
initiating CSR policy strategy which is major weakness of company. By the CSR activities,
organization unable to communicate with rural and remote areas people due to unavailability in
these areas. Most of the company which is financial weak unable to allo0cate major budget for
CSR activities which is major weakness. By my estimations, HANDAL adapts CSR activities
within organization, so they have to invest high funds so that quality of polices improves. Thus,
it gives impact on financial infrastructure of organization. It has lack of judgement within time
frame, due to duplication of other efforts in other companies.
Tuckman's model of team development can be used in the functioning of teams at HANDAL to
improve their implementation of corporate service responsibility effectively. The team needs to
become an effectively team and needs to resolve all internal conflicts and disagreements in a
quick and efficient manner so that it doesn't influence the team's productivity and performance.
The team leadership and management needs to take into account all the suggestions and ideas of
their subordinates on how the implementation of corporate service responsibility in HANDAL's

services to gain more profit margins effectively. CSR also helped the business to increase
opportunity to grow in different market by analysing internal and external market factors and
formulating effective strategic plans.
