Introduction
The term reflective writing is a term that is used to express personal responses and
exploring the various experiences in reference to feelings and new learnings. Such writing allows
to have a new solutions and that can be used as a tool to develop in future (Malecki, 2018). The
report is going to highlight about the Entrepreneurship and Leadership of Business Ventures
that will be done by understanding of both the leadership style and entrepreneurial qualities for
learners. The report will cover the understanding and role of the leadership in life or any
organisation. As leadership plays a crucial role in improving the level of self confidence and
various skills that is interpersonal skills, communication skills and empathy. The purpose of the
report is to measure the learning from the result of the GE test as this test is used to present as a
guideline for analysing the potential of individuals. Moreover, the report will also recommend
preventive statements and solutions for improving the traits and attributes that can be used to add
value to the business in order to bring success (Schindehutte, Morris and Kuratko, 2018).
Main Body
There are various qualities which are required to be a good leader in life or at any organisation
such as accountability, honesty, inspiration, optimism, awareness and many others. In order to be
a good leader is it a must to understand the strengths and weakness by examining the their self
analysis (Pitelis and Wagner, 2019). It can be said that if an individual can go through his or her
weakness then he or she can move forward in the life. As per my views, Leadership and
entrepreneurship has a huge importance in an organisation and I have learned various things
through the concept of leadership and entrepreneurship that whether it is life or any organisation,
leadership strategy has a immense role to play in success of the development of individual or
organisation. I believe an employee or an individual is required to feel extremely motivated in
order to execute a specific task (Ratten, 2019). An individual can feel motivated and skilled
through various means and I have observed that when an individual is motivated and happy, then
he or she is able to contribute more in life or to the organisation. It become easy to carry through
the level of productivity with the help of group of people and employees. I have analysed with
the use of power point presentation that in order to develop entrepreneur strategies, it is
important for us to set definite clear and goals. The proper formulation of strategies is helpful for
me to raise the focus towards my desired goals. I believe that leadership skills are helpful in

prioritizing the both personal and professional goals as of an individual. I have developed a fact
with the help of leadership skills and presentation one can be confident and focussed towards the
goals.
I was confused before starting the project I thought our plan would not work but we felt
good when we succeeded in understanding the techniques of the leadership. I felt good as I did
my work in a proper way that will help in life and I learnt so many thing for the betterment in the
future. Undergoing the project work, I was able to enhance my decision-making skills and time
management techniques due to leadership. For the provided project I was tasked to perform a
certain task through which I build the skill of time management as all the task was to be
completed during the specified period of time. Finally, I was so happy after submitting my
project at the required deadline and completion of provided task at the desired level or
requirements reflecting to the project brief.
Being a good leader, it comprises of several aspects such as self-education and dedicating
time to understand the fellow team mates and employees. Due to the leadership skills , I will be
able to grab better learnings of new topics and develop skills in order to deal with various
challenges of the life (Niemand and et. al., 2021). I also felt that my communication skills also
became better as we were divided into team so, we had to do a lot of talking and presentation in
my group. We all did a good job in the team that helped us to find our strengths and weakness in
order to improve ourself for the overall betterment .
I faced some challenges while communicating with other people as it was essential for
completing the project in order to make it more successful. That is why ,leadership helped me in
learning new skills such as analytical skill that allowed me to have clear and better understanding
in analysing the information that will further improve the productivity and success in the life or
at any organisation. I would differently do the work with more motivation and I also learnt to be
more observing of various factors such as personal, academic or past experience. It assisted me
in checking my past experience with the aim of performing much better in the future in reference
to leadership and entrepreneurship skills . I was able to examine and explore myself with the
help of leadership attributes. Analysis of such skills, promoted me to develop better
understanding about reflective writing with the help of leadership skills. We got to learn that
reflective learning is the main strategy that is crucial in improving the writing and rising the level
of critical thinking.

From the interpretation of test results being obtained from the GE test in which I scored
over GET2 Test score of 57% (Murnieks, Klotz and Shepherd, 2020). It can be said that I can be
a decent entrepreneur and have an essence of effective leadership working at the workplace. In
addition to this, it can be said that there is a scope for bringing in improvement in terms of
engaging with particular style of leadership being obtained from the test. The percentage
reported as per the test result counted at a total percent of 75. This speaks about the decent
opportunity available to me with respect to improving on my current skills and delivering a
better course of action for future working platforms. In addition to this, being one of the elements
of the test, the creative tendency was reported at 58% which suggests my ability for being
creative and performing various tasks in the most innovative terms (Nelson and Lima, 2020). In
addition to this, it will help me to guide better coordination of operational tasks when being
engaged with complex or uncertain working environments. Lastly, with the fact that there is a
greater significant risk while working in the business environment. Therefore, my abilities were
marked at 58% for taking a calculative risk. It can be said that this ability will guide my efforts
for performing productive activities at the workplace influence on effective workings.
In future I will be able to deal better with the challenges, situations and I can also lead
people better due to this learning. At the time, I have better knowledge of various concepts,
theories and principles of knowledge that can be utilised in practical life with the aim of creating
new ideas for the solutions and in formulating the leadership schemes. I felt, now I am able to
communicate better with other people while presenting myself. I thoroughly enjoyed the process
of learning and this project have also taught me to learn new techniques that can be
implemented in my upcoming life. As in the beginning, I started with confusion and no clarity
but later on I enjoyed the new learning and experiences & the ways to deal with situations,
people and challenges.
Lastly, it can also be recommended that there several ways to evolve and amend the
entrepreneurial skills for example by enhancing the technological skills, supervision skills,
creative thinking and many others. Such skills can also be enhanced by attending workshops and
events as it will provide the opportunity to have fun while learning. One can also take help from
experienced mentors as experienced people have better knowledge regarding the entrepreneurial
skills regarding the industry growth, opportunities and business news.

Conclusion
It can be concluded from the above analysis that Reflective learning is considered to be
useful process for the learners as it assists the learners to learn from their own experiences. It
also allows the learners to present the skills and various practises with the aim of learning. My
behaviour and attitude have been changed as I was able to deal with challenges and problems on
a daily basis in a better manner. It feels great to have the ability to solve the problem without any
difficulty. In reference to the above analysis, leadership skills are compulsory in order to
complete various tasks and to build the level of self-confidence. From the above reflection, it can
be completed that self-evaluation allows to examine myself so that new ways can be found to
track the progress i have made. As it is important to monitor our own abilities and evaluate
strengths and weaknesses. As an individual, I am responsible for my own development. There
are some gaps in the knowledge of learning that can also be identified by self-analysis as the
learners got the level of his or her performance in the life. The report also demonstrated about
various skills, attributes and traits that can make the life and business more purposeful. In order
to be a successful leader and entrepreneur, one has to face various and difficult situations and
also stand by them. Moreover, a good leader is well aware about his or her capabilities and
imperfections.
