extra efforts in their human and other resources effectively carry on their work on social
platforms. It is not necessary that situations will be get back to normal after the pandemic so that
these business organisations will need to prepare accordingly to face uncertainty and prepare
strategy before it get late (Bland,. and Osterwalder, 2019). As a business advisor in one of the
multinational company Tesco, it was established in 1919 and comes under the third largest
Supermarket chain into the world. The company have large number of products and services
which are operated into many cities worldwide. They deal in the all consumer goods and daily
general items with wide varieties and ranges of choice. Tesco has its aims to provide quality and
quantity at a reasonable price to customers. Apart from the fact that the company has reputation
and worldwide reach but it also getting affected by the covid-19 situation which could lower
down their operations if not get ready to face the uncertainty by preparing fruitful Strategies and
approaches that will be helpful in coming out from the competitiveness and lack of human power
