INTRODUCTION
Learning is the most important concept that should be clear in the minds so that every
person get knowledge. Learning is very important for every business as it can not stop at one
place. It is the continue process that need by each and every person in their life. A organisation
get success with the help of continuous learning (Tahir, 2020). It is identified that every person
can get learning in throughout their life. It can be more cleared with my own experience that I
gained from high school. I was educated in a English medium school in London, UK. I joined
that institution because it really helpful to enhance my knowledge. My learning was enjoyable
and challenging. It is identified that I gained too many knowledge from my learning programme.
My goals is to improve my skills so that I can achieve my target goals. My learning becoming
the one way to improve my skills. I have a good attendance in my institution because I analysed
that it becomes very important for my goals. I analysed that it really helpful for any person if
they are taking full lectures in institution. My past experience gives me idea for further steps and
actions.

Learning Theory Analysis
There are many theories of learning that helps people to get effective learning in their
institutions. It is identified that every person need to apply these theories in their life so that they
can achieve their desired targets (Honey and Mumford, 1989). Theories gives ideas and thoughts
to the person that how they can use their actions in order to get best learning because learning is
the most important part of life. Theories are mentioned below:
Experiential Learning
It is the type of learning in which they are required to use their learning in practical
application. A person can also gained learning from experience and they are more effective. A
person can use their knowledge that they gain from their learning lectures (Qufli and Musa,
2019) . It is identified that every person need to get more knowledge about their learning when
they apply in their life.
Information Processing Theory

It is the cognitive theory that focuses on encoding process which are going in our mid. It
says that every person has brain and all information get filtered. That means according to our
preferences, it is identify that the thought which we gave more attention that one stays for longer
period.
Reflective Practice
It is the practice in which a person reflect themselves for any thing that they are gained
from their learning. In simple words, if a person can apply things on itself then they get good
knowledge.
It is analysed that learning theory is very important for effective learning. There are six
types of attenders that take learning from lectures such as idealists, pragmatics, averagely
motivated students, fundamentals oriented students, minimalists and everything but pleasure
(Qufli and Musa, 2019). The quality of learning depends on attenders types.
Self-Analysis
I identified that my learning style is experiential learning because there are many things
that I gained from my previous experience. It is very important for me that every situation give
me experience and gives a great learning. I found that every person get knowledge from
experience. My own learning is depend on previous experience.
I analysed that I'm an idealist who follows all guidelines that give my tutor while lecture
sessions. I found this attender that suited me because of my past experiences in which I had to
follow all guidelines that are given by my teacher. I'm an idealist who try to follow all things.
CONCLUSION
It is concluded that learning is very important for every person because it helps them to
make a person who becomes the reason of success of organisation. It is identified that there are
some weakness in Honey & Mumford learning style. They give many styles but there are not
practical applicabilities are found. It should be more effective so that they give perfect learning
theories. Theories are the base that set in the mind of persons. It is very important for every one
that they get effective learning theories which help them to take ideas and apply them in their
own career so that they become a successful person. It identifies that if it get better explain then
everybody can understand the basic meaning of learning and they can take more focuses on
them.
