knowledge of the fundamental principles that

In order to demonstrate the knowledge I have
improved my planning and organizing the
functions I was very lucky to improve my
theoretical knowledge from internship as well
as it helps to shook up and related to employees
engagement. This is one of the best factor
which help to improve my knowledge and
skills. According to the modern management
authority and responsibility I have learned the
skills such as production and quality control,
supervised warehouse operation, organized
stocks and loading and unloading of lorry,
collaboration with multiple vendors/partners,
supply chain and operations.
Critically evaluate and demonstrate an in-
depth appraisal of the theoretical framework
that encompasses all management processes.
This theoretical framework are help for assisting on
the basis of quality practitioners by optimizing
performance at Giriraj motors in order using
resources in effective manner that should help for
determining management practices that should be
emphasized or promoted in order to improve
business result. On the basis of experience I can say
that being a logistic manager it helps to led multi-
tiered initiatives which reducing the operating cost
as well as on the basis of principle division of work I
organized stocks and loading and unloading lorry
safely. On the other hand, theoretical knowledge
sometime not working where it needs practical
knowledge.

The professional skill is related to
communication that necessary for business

knowledge there are various technology
were used at workplace before I have only
basic knowledge but now I have realized
that practical knowledge is must for getting
experience in life also it helps to solve the
complex situations in organization.

It has been critically analysed that ethical
behaviour help to act in business in fair
manners also it helps to take account
everyone from customer, employees to
shareholder. When the environment is
challenging it helps business in effective
manner to understand the issues and able to

challenges. Also, business ethics are
improving the profitability and also it helps
to reduce the losses. Also, sometime it helps
to increase the loyalty of customer which is
one of the important factor for business.

In order to demonstrate the observation
research technique for the purpose of

In order to develop team skill I am focused on
improving their skill in order to provide them

plan. To divide people in the group of 8 to 10
and then provide them communication related
puzzle which help to improve their languages
and help them to get ideas regarding explaining
own ideas. Further, trust and self-disclosure is
necessary to improve their learning, so I had
work on it order developing mutual respect for
each other. All the individual are participate in
game and done their best in order to more focus
on applying several benefits.

On the basis of my experiences I have learnt
about the responsibility which is important
factor for gaining appraisal by following
professional development such as attaining
training and development sessions which help
to provide surety of getting specific knowledge
and skills. Then on the basis of flexibilities it
helps to provide knowledge for leadership skill
in order to manage team in effective manner.
This us also help to development academic
knowledge which is based on theoretical

The biggest challenge I have analysed at
workplaces in order to understand the
business environment in technological
challenge. Also, can be said that due to
technology changes there are different

problems faced by company in order to
more focus on establishing the theory
regarding Drucker theory which help to
provide assumption that shape any
behaviour, dictate on the basis of decisions
which they can make to solve problem.
Then it can be said that assumptions for
market can be changed accordingly in order
to face the problem.

types of transferable skill used by employee

skill helps to improve the working
environment which is necessary to solve the
