The current program selected for the further study is the Business and Management. The
reason for the selection of this programme is that in the current competition environment
management and business area is very important to be managed. This is because of the reason
that in every company the management is very important besides the type of the industry or the
sector wherein it deals. In any kind of industry whether be it retail, banking, pharmaceutical,
health and social care, automobile or any other kind of industry. All these sector requires the
common thing which is management and business (Li and Deng, 2019). hence, for this reason
that programme relating to business and management is being selected and will be providing a
better base for me to grow and develop my career in this field in better way. Also this is the
correct time for me to pursue this programme. This is pertaining to the fact that already the
competition is very high and in case I will not be attending the program right now then it will
delay the development more. Hence, as a result of this it might be possible that I am not having
good working capability and any other distinct competitive advantage. Hence, for this reason this
is the correct time for me to work on the programme for development and growth in professional
career.

Moreover, the past experience and educational background also affects the selection of
the course to a great extent. This is because of the reason that when the background of the person
is different than it might be affecting the efficiency and learning capability of the person. Hence,
it is necessary for the person that they always select the programme on the basis of the
background and the interest of the person themselves. In the present case I have educational
background relating to the management and business (Woo and et.al., 2019). Along with this I
have personal interest within this field and because of this I was motivated to go within this field.
This interest and the experience and educational background also motivates me to study in better
and effective manner. In addition to this, with the background and education I was motivated to
make my career in the field of the management and business.

There are many different types of the reason for the application of study in the field of
business and management. This is pertaining to the fact that this is the most common and
growing field for getting job and developing the career in the same field. The reason pertaining
to the fact is that when the working efficiency of me will be developing then this will be
improving and helping me to grow and develop (Traynor, Neill and Roulston, 2022). This is very
necessary for the reason that when I will be developing my knowledge and capability in the
direction of my interest and educational background then this will be helping me in developing
the career in better and effective manner. Another reason for applying for the course of business
and management because of the reason that this is the latest trend or the latest work profile
working. Hence, indulging in this field of job profile is very necessary for me to grow and
develop. This is because of the reason that when the I will not be following all the latest trend
relating to the job and type of industry working then it might affect the working and growth plan.
Along with this the competition is very high and for this it is necessary that I have the capability
and distinct feature which will be helping me in developing and growing in this field. Hence, this
was another reason for the application of the course of business and management for the further
studies and development within the career.
This course particularly the Business and Management will definitely help me in taking
my career to a better level. This is very essential for the reason that when I will not be having
proper knowledge of the base then it will be affecting the efficiency of me to a great extent. in
case I will be complying with all the requirement of the course then it will provide me a base for
in- depth growth and development within the career. For the better working of the career it is
necessary that the proper course is selecting and will help the person in developing the career in
better and effective manner (Williams, 2020). Hence, this course will be assisting me in
developing my knowledge base relating to the concept of business and management and this will
be improving the mind and knowledge in right direction. This course will be providing me
knowledge relating to the latest trends going in in the field of management and this will help me
in gaining knowledge relating to it. Resultantly this will increase my knowledge base and will be
providing a better and effective base for growing and developing the career in management and
business field.

While entering within the field of management and business there are also some of the
challenges and issues which are being faced and can be encountered in future as well. The major
issue or the challenge faced was the intense competition. This is major challenge because already
there are many different types of people already working within the field. Hence, this will be
affecting the efficiency of me and working capability will also be affected (Li and Deng, 2021).
Along with this another challenge which I can face in the future is the changes in the trends and
working pattern of the industry and the job profile. This can be possible because of the reason
that in the future there can be changes and this can negatively be affecting the working efficiency
of person. For this the future working can be directed by keeping a proper watch on the changes
taking place and trying to adapt the same. This is necessary as it will help me in having
knowledge relating to latest changes and adapt the same for growth and development.
