engineer for repairing machines. Secondly, emergent organizational development and change-this
model is used as a strategy of adapting organizational capabilities to the drivers and challenges of the
changing demands of an organization’s external and internal environments. Secondly, transitional
change and development-this enables to continually enhance adaptability and alignment of the whole
organization to changing environments and strategic directions. Lastly, transformational change and
development-seeing the results of the evolving approach.
