Learning is an important perspective which is used for developing understanding about
various kinds of factors that is used for developing understanding about topics related to
business management. It is related with various kinds of aspects that has been used in order to
attain personal and professional goals. This makes importance of team work marked out with its
various elements. Then its deal with personal analysis which is used for developing of various
factors that has helped in developing and individual with various perspectives. In this report

and behaviour. Also, importance of peer to peer with team working has been covered. Through

management which is based upon developing various perspectives like teaching essential social
skills that enhances communication and social skill through performing active listening and
effective speaking. Team work is an important part of student learning which makes leaders and
coaches perform individual roles effectively. Students learn to maintain discipline and order
while working collaborative with team in an organization. Team work and peer interaction
improves self- confidence which makes students and teachers improve their relation more
effectively that increases participation of students within group based activities. These are
certain perspectives which helps students develop understanding about learning experiences
which makes practical learning enhanced by group assignments.

Learning is able to impact future studies and future career through certain perspectives
which makes clearance developed about future goals and objectives within me. I am able to
work over various ideas which are based upon impacting future career(Greviana, Mustika and
Soemantri, 2020). In order to develop this I am required to gain knowledge that is important for
making my understanding developed about pursuing of career with particular motive of attain
job in future. Enhanced learning of management makes me prepared for my job profile and field
within which I am seeking application. I am able to work over my practical learning skills which
is applicable within my working environment. I am also able to understand about administrative
work which helps in making documentation work completed on time. This is understood by me
through attending various seminar and management programs at workplace. I am able to work
over leadership and management skills which makes strong structure developed for future.
Also, conflict management skills are posse by me which made me achieve my personal
development goals related to career improvement. I am able to demonstrate over strong work
ethics which made schedule developed within me for achieving routine which has helped in
making professional development done in relation to team work and supervisors. Through

perusing my advance education I am able to make higher position achieved within particular
organization. I am able to accomplish steps related to gaining of knowledge, skills and
experience that makes career and lifestyle improved. This makes skills in communication and
problem solving improved for achieving goals which increases confidence. I am able to develop
confidence and better stability within future growth of life. I am able to work over growth of
social network which has helped in making my professional network strong which has helped in
achieving job oriented goals with better approach towards them in future.

Applicability of learning within my life helps in enhancing various kinds of factors
which makes my job perspective achieved more effectively. I have applied learning within my
academic life which has helped me in attaining my MBA degree without any problem. Further, I
have used my perspectives of learning to apply for dream jobs within the field of management.
Also, I have applied learning within professional development that has made me understand
about professionals ethics and behaviour which is used within organizational culture. I am
applying learning within in my career development in a way that it has helped me in
understanding about various aspects which makes job opportunities created for me. I have used
management to develop strong structure for learning new and effective ideas for performing
management operations on large scale(Koraneekij and Khlaisang, 2019). Thus learning is an
important criteria which makes progress within the field of management uplifted more
effectively. Through making management job opportunities generated learning is helpful in
developing basic understanding about job and various aspects related to it. Thus it becomes
necessary for me to work towards my personal learning about management.
