effectiveness of every task within a set time frame. Time is one of the major challenges
while studying business management. Sometimes, it is quite tough to manage all the
certain things with the classes schedule & homework. During this, it is tough to
participate in various campus task during the given lecture.
 Balance study, life and work: - This is a vital challenge for a student in order to manage
their management studies with all the extra work and the personal life. This becomes
difficult for the individual in order to manage various responsibilities and professional
work while doing the work.(Berkow, 2019) .
 Team management:- It is also needed to have the effective team working so that all the
task can be complted in an appropriate manner which is related to the business
management or any related professional work. There are various types of people that are
having their own mind-set, language and their behaviour. There are factors that
sometimes difficult to work with such people who are not good and they do not have the

well. As I am having experience of more than
2 years in the respective department by which

Listening skill :- I am having good capacity of
listening to others as I can come listen any of
the issue related to my remembers and
remember and understand it in an appropriate
manner. Additionally I also gather the
feedback from my team and seniors by giving
proper suggestions to them.
Weakness
Fear:- I am having a fear of trying new things
thanks at my workplace and due do which I
got a Fear of failure. I thought about negative
thoughts from my friends and family if I got
failed in anything and anything most of the
time I think in such a way.
Time management:- I am not a managed
person as I'm not able to make a good balance
between my professional and personal life. I
am not able to give my time to my family
members and friends to do the ineffective
management of time.

individual so this became a big threat for me
