Expectations from the course
I have a lot of expectations from this foundation year course of business management at
Mont Rose College. It will allow me to effectively witness a transition from secondary
knowledge to practical and undergraduate study. I expect that successful completion of this
course will allow me to learn the concepts of marketing, business audits, financing as well as
accounting. I also think that course outcomes will not only be limited to only theoretical
backgrounds or knowledge instead I will be able to apply those concepts to real world business
and market situations. Another aspect which I expect from this course at Mont Rose College is
that completion of the course will not only impart educational knowledge but will also be helpful
for my overall professional and personal skills.
Throughout the course I expect to get efficiency in professional and employability skills
such as decision making, research skills, communication, information technology and problem
solving skills. Looking at the usefulness of this type of foundation year courses I can also expect
to make myself understood about advanced topics which not only govern a particular
organisation but also to business environment world wide. I have strong belief that the excellent
performance in the course will give me huge opportunities in terms of professional and career
growth. I believe that by becoming part of this course I can get huge opportunities to acquire jobs
